Your guide will pick you up from your location and transport you, either by public or private means, to the Kyiv military museums. Each museum is dedicated to different eras of Ukrainian military history and features various military artifacts. You will have the opportunity to explore the military vehicles exhibition and enjoy a panoramic view from the Kyiv Fortress military bank.
There will be a lunch break at one of Kyiv’s finest traditional Ukrainian restaurants, featuring an old countryside interior. You may choose to treat your guide or enjoy your meal independently.
The tour includes a visit to the Lavra monastery, which serves as both a religious center and a fortress. The surrounding walls were constructed by Peter the Great during the Great Northern War.
There will be time for wine tasting, where you can sample three varieties of the finest Ukrainian wine. Our sommelier will introduce you to the history of Ukrainian winemaking and explain the composition of each wine you taste.
If wine is not to your liking, the wine tasting can be omitted, and your lunch can be included in the tour. The lunch consists of two main courses and juice.
