• Dounan Flower Market - The guide will meet participants at their hotel in downtown Kunming or in front of the Green Lake Hotel at 4:30 pm. A private car will transport them to the Dounan Fresh Flower Market. Upon arrival, they will explore Asia’s largest fresh flower market, where a vibrant array of Roses, Lilies, Orchids, and potted plants are traded daily, primarily for decorative purposes. As they wander through the market, they will discover a variety of flower products, including dried flowers, flower perfumes, and flower sugar. They will also be impressed by the largest “Fresh Flower Auction Centre” in Asia. Following the market visit, they will be taken to a local bakery to enjoy Fresh Flower Pastry, a delightful local dim sum. After savoring this treat, they will participate in a 1.5-hour cooking class, learning to make fresh flower jam and high-quality flower pastry from a renowned pastry master. Participants can keep the flower jam and pastry they create as souvenirs. The tour concludes at 8:30 pm, with transportation back to their hotel in downtown Kunming or another specified location in the city center.
