• Taiping Lake Gardens - The Taiping Lake Gardens is the first public garden established during British rule in Malaysia. The garden is situated near Bukit Larut and is equidistant from the town center and the Taiping Zoo.

This expansive evergreen park is designed around former tin mining ponds and is surrounded by magnificent rain trees as old as the park itself.

The Lake Gardens serves as a large community center where people from all walks of life gather every evening, especially on weekends. Join in the fun by renting a paddleboat (at your own expense) and rowing around the lake before enjoying a long, breezy stroll.

• Taman Tasik Taiping - Raintree Walk Taiping Perak

The Raintree Walk is a 650-meter path skirting the Taiping Lake Gardens. It features beautiful sidewalks and roads, lush green landscapes, abundant trees, and delightful walking paths.

• Taiping War Cemetery - The Taiping War Cemetery is the final resting place for Allied personnel who were killed during World War II, particularly during the Malayan Campaign and the Japanese occupation of Malaya. Servicemen who died after the war or during their posting in northern Malaya prior to the Malayan Emergency are also buried here.
• Taiping Prison - Pass by Malaysia’s first prison (an active jail).
• Perak Museum - Please note: The Perak Museum is not available in the itinerary on Hari Raya Aidil Fitri and Hari Raya Aidil Adha.

The Perak Museum is a public museum located at the junction of Jalan Muzium and Jalan Taming Sari in Taiping, Perak, Malaysia. It is the oldest museum in Malaysia and showcases the history of the British Empire in the state of Perak.

After half a century, Antong Sdn Bhd has grown significantly, developing into a modern coffee roaster. By researching the best business practices, Antong is capable of producing 10 tons of roasted coffee beans per day.

Taiping Airport, also known as Tekah Airport or Taiping Airstrip, was built in 1929. It was the first airport not only in the Federated Malay States but also in Southeast Asia.
