• Please note: If the cruise is unavailable, it will be substituted with a traditional boat
• Eating or drinking is prohibited inside cars, vans, or buses to prevent messes or accidents that could cause spills or dropped food
• Female visitors to the mosque must wear long sleeves and scarves, while males are required to wear long pants

• Infant / Child below 3yrs old not allowed for cruise ride
• Please note: If cruise is not operating, it will automatically be replaced by a traditional boat

• No eating or drinking is allowed inside the car/van/buses. Food can easily become messy, or someone might bump into you, having you spill your drink or squash your food, letting it fall to the floor.
• This SIC itinerary vehicle is arranged according to the number of participants on the day (car/van/bus)

• It is recommended that you make preparations to prevent if you have motion sickness, so as not to affect your pleasant journey.

• During major festivals, there will be road closures and traffic jams. The return journey can only be sent to the drop-off point closest to the hotel according to the road conditions that day. The specific location will be determined by the driver at that time. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

• Please arrive in the hotel lobby/ground floor entrance 15 min before scheduled departure time.
• As this is a shared tour, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick-up route.
• For pick up from out of coverage area, a surcharge at least RM50/car applied (surcharge rate and pick up time shall defined by pick up location), surcharge to be paid directly to the driver in cash
• Please bring your own umbrella or raincoat in case of rain, as the tour will proceed as scheduled, even in wet weather conditions

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
