2. Our customer service will contact you 3 days before the trip to confirm your pick-up time.

3. The driver will WhatsApp or SMS you one day before the trip to coordinate and confirm the pick-up location and time. You can also share your preferences for the city tour.

4. You can leave your luggage in the vehicle while you enjoy your city tour.

5. During the trip, you may request refreshment breaks or meal stops as needed.

6. The journey from Kuala Lumpur to Ipoh takes about 2 to 2.5 hours, and from Ipoh to Penang Island takes another 2 to 2.5 hours. Please inform us of your hotel or resort in Penang Island, and the driver will take you there.
