• Chin Swee Cave Temple - This Taoist temple is situated on a 28-acre plot of rocky forested land in Genting Highlands, frequented by locals for religious rituals and its tranquil atmosphere. It was built in honor of Reverend Master Chin Swee, a Buddhist monk from Fujian Province known for his ability to summon rain and dispel evil spirits. A notable landmark is the nine-storey Pagoda, adorned with Buddha images and thousands of blessing lamps. Visitors can climb to the top for panoramic mountain views. The temple grounds feature large statues of Buddha and Kuan Yin, along with intricate animal sculptures and inscriptions of ancient Chinese traditions and beliefs. The temple is visible from the cable car en route to the summit.
• Gunung Bunga Buah - Located in Gohtong Jaya, a satellite town of Genting Highlands about 40km from Kuala Lumpur, this mountain stands at 1,430m and offers a moderate one to two-hour climb. The trail begins at a high elevation, with Gohtong Jaya approximately 900m above sea level. Popular among visitors from the Klang Valley due to its easy highway access, the entry point is at the lone farm behind Gohtong Jaya’s row of shophouses. The path is on a steep slope near vegetable patches; locals can provide directions if needed. After a short, steep, muddy ascent, visitors will find themselves on the old trunk road to Genting. The mountain is visible from the cable car on the way to the top.
• Genting Highlands Premium Outlets - As Southeast Asia’s first hilltop Premium Outlet Centre, it features around 150 internationally-renowned brands such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Superdry, Aigner, Coach, Furla, Hugo Boss, Michael Kors, Moschino, and Kate Spade New York. Located opposite the Awana Skyway, guests can shop while waiting for the cable car.
• Genting Skyway - One of two cable car systems serving Genting Highlands, it operates between Gohtong Jaya and the highlands’ peak. While Awana Skyway is the primary transportation method, Genting Skyway is used during maintenance of the former and during peak times, such as weekends and public or school holidays.
