• National Mosque (Masjid Negara) - Constructed in 1965, the same year Malaysia and Singapore parted ways, the National Mosque (Masjid Negara) was designed by UK architect Howard Ashley and Malaysian architects Hisham Albakri and Baharuddin Kassim. This iconic structure symbolizes the Islamic faith in Malaysia and is one of the country’s largest and most significant mosques.
