Airport representatives will be waiting in the paging area with a sign displaying your name. The paging area is located on the left side of the Exit Gate at the International Arrival Hall, after the Baggage Collection Area and Customs Check Point. Additional Note: It is recommended to look for your airport representative in the paging area.

One suitcase and one carry-on bag are allowed per passenger. This transfer is not wheelchair accessible. Depending on availability, the vehicle provided for the service may not be exactly as depicted in the photo.

On the day of departure, you will be picked up from your hotel 4 hours before your flight departure time.

• FOR AIRPORT DROP-OFF: Check out and meet driver at hotel lobby for transfer to KLIA=Notes:Max waiting time for pickup is 15 Minutes.There is no detour to other area addition pick up point.If happened may incurr additional charges.Please call us on your own should you face any challenges.
