Rental Conditions:
- An original passport is required as a deposit, which will be securely stored in our safe box.
- We offer complimentary motorbike delivery service to and from hotels within a 5 km radius of Siem Reap city center. This means you do not need to return the motorbike to our company after use.
- The motorbike rental is restricted to use within Siem Reap only.
Duration:
- 12 hours if the service is used between 8 am and 11 am, with return on the same day.
- 24 hours if the service is used between 12 pm and 9 pm, with return the next day.
Service Includes:
- Two safety helmets for use during travel
- One complimentary safety lock
- Free motorbike delivery to and from the hotel (Delivery available from 8 am to 9 pm only)
- We are responsible for any mechanical issues. However, you will be responsible for any damage to other parts.
Service Excludes:
- All entrance fees, such as temple and other entry fees
- Insurance coverage is not included.
- We do not cover any illegal traffic violations committed by the guest.
- We do not cover any tire damage or unforeseen accidents.
