Bayon Temple - Begin at the South Gate of Angkor Thom. Angkor Thom includes the famous Bayon and Baphuon temples, originally consisting of 54 towers and 216 faces of Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara. Dating from the late ninth century, the Roluos group is the earliest site of the 600-year Angkor Period open to visitors.
