Once in a lifetime experience!! - It was rainy (Green) season, so mud was expected. A traveller (not with me) missed out on a great experience because they did not want to get their shoes muddy. Be prepared!

A great experience for the whole family - The staff was extremely kind nice informative, and wonderful with our two boys who are five and six. We felt very safe and had a great time.

Once in a lifetime experience - Cannot recommend this tour enough. To start, the pickup was easy and punctual and the sanctuary was less than an hour away. Our guides were extremely accommodating, offering us water, fresh fruit, a changing area with showers and even crocs so your shoes don’t get muddy. They communicated all the necessary safety precautions but were never stern or pushy. The elephants, Poom Poom, Gigi, and Homie, are very lively yet well behaved. We prepared them food, fed them, and walked with them into the field for more feeding. Then we helped them get muddy before walking them into the water for cleaning. It was truly an incredible, unforgettable experience. I can guarantee no where in the world lets you engage with these amazing creatures as up close and personal as they did at the sanctuary today. Moreover, you can tell the caretakers genuinely love and care for these elephants in the most humane, heartfelt way - never limiting them from enjoying themselves while at the same time looking out for our safety. A huge highlight of our trip, highly recommend.

Great experience - Was a great experience! We opted for the morning tour so we got to feed and bathe the elephants, it was fantastic. There are 3 elephants and the sanctuary workers were so informative and spoke great English. Definitely worth the money!

Once in a life time - It was so lovely to watch the elephants just enjoy their day. I feel so privileged to have been able to share in some of their daily rituals and be welcomed into their home.

We Had a Free Day. - The hotel pickup was included and punctual. The ride was safe. We picked up 3 other guests along the way so it was just the five of us for the experience. The local guides were excellent. The main guide spoke perfect English which was great as she was so informative. The elephants and the whole experience were exactly as advertised. It was a perfect morning.

highlight in our travel in Cambodia - Wonderful experience in all the ways possible. Staff is incredible, we had a great time with the elephants, preparing food, taking a shower at the river, just amazing. Definitely a must in our travel

WOW!!!! Best experience ever!!! - WOW!! And experience of a lifetime! Our driver was very friendly and kind! The half day with the elephants were incredible! Love learning about all three of them and their history. Our highlights were the mud bath we took with them and the showering with them in the river! Our tour guide was great and took the best pictures!!! This is really a great sanctuary! And such an incredible cause!! Your tickets go a long way with helping with the car if these magnificent animals and helps pay for the caretakers as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! And will back here in the future!!!! Thank you for this core memory! We loved every second of it 🫶🏼🐘🐘🐘

Elephant Heaven - What a life time experience getting up close and personal with the gentle giants. No riding, no chains just feeding, giving a mud bath and then washing them in the river. The staff care so much for these animals. It really shows they love what they do, looking after old and mistreated elephants. There's only three elephants but you have around 3 hrs with them. It was also very educational. Would highly recommend everyone do it. You are giving money to a get cause while having the best experience you will never forget.
