First Class Mountain Bike Tour with Guide Bobo from Angkor Cycling Tour - Are you wanting a perfect day in the seat of a hardtail touring Angkor Wat that varies from asphalt, dirt roads, elevated trail and single track? Bobo at Angkor Cycling Tours is your man. Experienced Khmer English speaking guide, will put you on a bike at your location in the morning and guide you to the places in Angkor few guides do. Why spend the day dodging tuk tuks, cars and buses and breathing exhaust fumes? This is the inside track to the off road tour. All inclusive with coffee or smoothie morning break and lunch. Very knowledgeable on history and botany. Good pace for beginners to advanced, he’ll cater the tour to your needs. Just a great guide and wonderful human, highly recommended ***** five stars

A fantastic journey - The tour was great. Vannarath (My guide) was awesome. He was very informative and because I was the only one on the tour he became my personal photographer. Giving me suggestions of spots to take photos, take photos of me with his phone and even using my phone to frame photos better. The ride was fairly flat with the jungle parts being mainly dirt/sand tracks. Also most of the ride was under the shelter of trees so didn’t get too hot. The pickup mixup was also quite funny (don’t trust those drunk people)

Excellent and informative tour. Our guide Vannarath was gentle and knowledgable. - Excellent - Vannarath knew the site extremely well and filled the tour with history and interesting details - he also knew all the best spots for photos and did his best to avoid the hordes of people at Angkok for sunrise. Once we were cycling, it was such a joy not being stuck in a bus or being herded around in a huge group with a tour guide. Bikes were great, so much so I rented mine again for the next day for a solo return visit to the less-frequented temples and particularly the E and N areas

Best way to see Angkor Wat - The best way to see Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples (the whole area is like a massive park/nature reserve) is by bicycle! Ride to temples through beautiful jungles, step off the bikes to explore -- and repeat! Much more interactive than a tuk-tuk ride, and Seyha, our guide, provided excellent history lessons for each of the temples we visited. The biking was easy enough for casual riders, intersperced with some fun (but not too challenging) forest trails.

Sunrise temple tour - We had a great sunrise tour with Mr. Seng, who had a wealth of knowledge about all the sites we visited and pointed out many small details we would’ve missed on our own. Biking is a great way to get around the area.

Incredible place and incredible tour - My friend and I were recommended this tour and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all of our questions. We had the opportunity to see temples that were more hidden and off the beaten track which was so special, and cycling through the jungle route was so much fun! I will recommend this tour to any of my friends and family who visit Siem Real in the future.

Great way to see the temples - I did the Angkor Wat Sunrise ride. It turned out that I was the only booking in the day, but Angkor Cycling Tour didn't cancel on me or try to raise their price, which I was very grateful for. My guide, Vannarath, was incredibly friendly and helpful. His English is very good, and if I occasionally didn't understand him I just asked him to say again and it was fine. I really enjoyed his enthusiasm for the temples, the natural landscape and photography. The tour is pretty much as described. I rode about 30km in total and visited many temples and gates. It's all level, a mix of made paths, roads and trails. and the tracks. It was very safe, even when sharing the road with cars and scooters. There's a section at the end when you ride through the streets of Siem Reap back to their office, but I never felt unsafe during this section. My only downside was that I wasn't used to sitting on a bike seat for so long, so even though it wasn't their fault (there was nothing wrong with the bike at all) two hours of actual riding was enough for me.

10/10 Siem Reap Cycling Experience - I highly recommend Angkor Cycling Tour, the road bikes we hired from here were immaculate! If you’re considering whether it’s worth doing a riding tour, I would say Siem Reap has the nicest roads I’ve ever ridden on in South East Asia, and cycling is the most immersive way to experience the majestic temples and scenery that surround Siem Reap. The service here is 10/10, very friendly and informative. I will definitely be recommending Angkor Cycling Tour to friends and family in Australia.
