• Angkor Wat - To witness the sunrise at Angkor Wat, it is essential to arrive before 5 a.m. to secure a prime viewing spot and capture the temple’s iconic silhouette as the sky shifts from deep purple to golden hues. The most favored spot is at the edge of the northern reflecting pool, where you can capture the classic mirrored image of the five towers.
• Bayon Temple - This was the last state temple constructed at Angkor and the only one initially built as a Buddhist temple, although it later incorporated elements of Hinduism and Theravada Buddhism.
• Ta Prohm - Ta Prohm is a 12th-century Buddhist temple located in the Angkor region of Cambodia, renowned for being enveloped by the jungle. Unlike many other temples in the park, it was intentionally left in its natural state, with massive tree roots entwining around ancient stone structures.
• Banteay Kdei - Also known as ‘the citadel of monk’s cells’, Banteay Kdei is partially overgrown with towering, sinuous trees. The silk cotton tree roots weaving through the stones of the ruined walls present a famously beautiful sight.
• Ta Keo - Ta Keo remains unfinished, giving it a distinct appearance compared to most Angkor temples. Its square, layered-pyramid shape makes it one of the more dramatic sites on the tour, and climbing the terraces offers stunning views over the jungle.
