The guide will collect you at 8 am from your hotel to begin the day exploring the temples of the UNESCO-listed Angkor National Park, a World Heritage site and the largest religious monument globally. You will need to pay the entrance fee at the ticket office, where we will pause for you to purchase one, and then proceed with the guide to the first stop at Angkor Wat. Here, you will visit the largest and most impressive of all Angkor temples, considered one of the 7 Wonders of the World. - Angkor Wat - Angkor Wat is a grand Hindu-Buddhist temple complex in Cambodia and holds the title of the largest religious monument in the world. Constructed in the early 12th century by Khmer King Suryavarman II, it is a UNESCO World Heritage site and has become a symbol of Cambodia, even featuring on its national flag.
- Angkor Thom South Gate - The South Gate is the most renowned and best-preserved of the five gates into the ancient city of Angkor Thom, built in the late 12th century. It is famous for its impressive causeway lined with statues of 54 devas (gods) and 54 asuras (demons) pulling a naga (mythical serpent). The gate is a popular entry point for visitors traveling between Angkor Wat and the Bayon temple and is often photographed, especially for its imposing multi-faced tower and the rows of statues on either side of the bridge.
- Bayon Temple - Within the complex, the first visit will be to the Bayon, featuring 200 endlessly smiling faces. This temple mountain is located in the center of Angkor Thom City, setting the Bayon apart from many other Angkor monuments.
- Terrace of the Elephants - The tour will continue to the Elephant Terrace, named for its remarkable depiction of these animals, and the Terrace of the Leper King, which showcases a magnificent sculpture, popularly known as the leper king.
- Ta Prohm - At Ta Prohm, be captivated by the sight of ruins overtaken by tree roots, a testament to the incredible power of nature. Discover how the controversial site was left by French archaeologists to the jungle’s destructive power. Return to your hotel after the tour.

Beginning with the Bayon, also known as Angkor Thom, meaning ‘big city,’ visitors will be guided to explore the temple’s most notable feature: the numerous serene and smiling stone faces on the many towers that rise from the upper terrace and cluster around its central peak.
Next, the tour will proceed to the nearby Terrace of the Elephants, an impressive two and a half-meter tall, 300-meter long terrace wall decorated with carved elephants and garudas, stretching across the front of Baphuon, Phimeanakas, and the Royal Palace area at the heart of Angkor Thom. Additionally, visitors will see the Terrace of the Leper King, located at the north end of the Terrace of the Elephants.
Ta Prohm’s state of ruin is a state of beauty. Visitors will be captivated by the breathtaking sight of banyan and kapok trees spreading their enormous roots over stones, prying walls and terraces apart, as their branches and leaves weave together to form a canopy over the structures. Tree trunks twist among stone pillars.
