• Wildlife Alliance Behind the Scenes Tour at Phnom Tamao - Located about 25 miles south of Phnom Penh, Cambodia, the Phnom Tamao Wildlife Rescue Centre is a vast wildlife sanctuary. Established in 1995, it covers over 6,000 acres of protected regenerating forest, making it the largest zoo in Cambodia.

After an exhilarating taxi ride through the scenic countryside around Phnom Penh, visitors arrive at Phnom Tamao, home to The Wildlife Alliance. This nonprofit animal sanctuary encompasses 6,000 acres around a forested mountain. Visitors will learn about significant conservation efforts in the Cardamom Mountains and beyond. There is an opportunity to see tigers, monkeys, elephants, leopards, wild boar, deer, snakes, and more. Guests can also feed fruit to their chosen animals. The visit lasts approximately 4 hours.

• Takeo Province - The journey continues to Tonle Bati, where a delightful local lunch awaits by a picturesque lake. Options include grilled meats, frogs, fish, papaya salad, and pickled vegetables. Guests are encouraged to try the popular sweet or alcoholic palm juice, or sugar cane juice. Relax in a traditional straw hut by the lake before heading to the next destination. The stop here is approximately 1.5 hours.
• Phnom Chisor - The final destination is Chisor Mountain Temple. Visitors can admire the breathtaking temple at the mountain’s summit, explore the ancient architecture, and enjoy panoramic countryside views before concluding the journey with a sunset drive through the countryside. This stop lasts about 1 hour.
