• Ta Dumbong Kro Aung Statue - The afternoon tour will commence at your selected tour option. The operator will pick you up from your hotel or restaurant. Initially, there will be a briefing. Following this, the operator will guide you through Battambang’s French colonial architecture, including the Ta Dambong Kra Aung statue, a symbol of the city. The tour will then proceed to the next destination, the original bamboo train.
• Suspension Bridge - Prior to boarding the bamboo train, the tour will explore charming villages. The journey through the countryside will showcase fruit farms and local pagodas along the riverbank. The friendly farmers and cheerful children will greet you with smiles and waves. The operator will pause in the village to explain the local lifestyle. Next, the tour will visit a suspension bridge near the Kampong Pil Pagoda, offering opportunities for stunning river view photographs. The journey will then continue to the Bamboo Train.
• Bamboo Train Ou Srauo Laou - The operator will take you on the original bamboo train, offering a final opportunity to experience it at Osrolao village, approximately 7 km away. The government plans to close it soon. The ride offers scenic views of small villages and the countryside. Afterwards, enjoy a late lunch at a village restaurant.
• Phnom Sampeau - Known as Phnom Sampov, this mountain features the “killing cave” and “bat cave.” From the top, visitors can view the cave where victims were executed during the Pol Pot regime. After exploring the cave, climb the mountain to enjoy a beautiful vista and a Buddhist pagoda.

Note: There are many monkeys in the area. It is advisable to keep a safe distance as some may be aggressive. To ascend the mountain, options include walking, or taking a motorcycle or pick-up truck.

• Battambang Bat Caves - In this cave, observe numerous bats in flight. The cave resembles a long dragon, housing millions of bats. It takes 30 to 40 minutes for all of them to exit the cave.

This marks the final stop of the tour. After visiting the bat cave, the operator will drive you back to your hotel.
