Glad we did the guided... - Glad we did the guided tour vs doing it on our own. Our tour guide, Eddie, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and taught us things about the island, it's people, animals and plants. He also made extra stops along the way to tell about certain things. Great experience!!

Best tour in Bonaire - Best tour we did in Bonaire. Eddie was the best guide and so fun to spend the day with. Unbelievable, the natural diversity in the park. Loved all of it. The park is beautiful! Worth the STINAPA entry fee too.

5 stars, highly recommend!! - Our guide Eddie was wonderful and provided so much information about the island and its history. We enjoyed every stop, especially the snorkeling which was the best we have seen so far in Bonaire. The provided food and drinks were great. Highly recommend this tour!

Lovely day! - We had a very nice day! We went out with John and he told us a lot about the nature of the park but also about Bonaire in general. With the story behind it makes it so much more fun! Nice change: nature, sightseeing and a nice snorkel spot. Lunch was well catered for. John did his best to make it pleasant for everyone. When in doubt: do! Recommended!

Fun full day! - Great overview of the park, fun guide Eddy. Fun to visit the blowhole, see both coasts, hear the history, etc. Only comment is that I was in the back of a bumpy jeep, lots of potholes, more uncomfortable than I expected even though I knew the roads would be rough. (I’m seeing my chiropractor Monday!)

Beautiful, but go prepared for desert heat and sun - Beautiful hike to the ocean. Saw blowhole wave, flamingos, tiny shells and the old wall. Be sure to have a lot of water. There is zero shade. Cover up.

Adventure awaits! - We went to the Washington Slagbaai park twice - once to do the short route to get to snorkeling for the day, and another to do the long route to check out the park. Abundance of cacti/cactuses around, some birds if patient enough, and there is lots to see in terms of landscapes and historical sites. Check in may take a while depending on number of people and whether they have their affairs in order (STINAPA fee for park can be purchased ahead of time). Be warned though, the park is very bumpy and you will need an SUV with AWD to traverse the pathway. There are great sites but it does require a commitment of a good part of the day to fully enjoy, especially if you want to snorkel that same trip, so plan accordingly.
