You can find us easily via Google Maps by searching “Mangrove Center Bonaire.” We are located on the sandy road of Kaminda Lac, beside the mangrove forest of Lac Bay. Look for our building with parking spaces, and across the road you’ll see our kayak rack by the mangroves.

Wonderful tour! You have to! - What a wonderful tour! You must have done this! A very nice guide with passion for the beautiful nature on site. Kayaking between the mangroves is a unique experience. We had a great time! Thank you!

A must do for on bonaire! - Wow what a beautiful kayak trip we had! In the beginning we were allowed to go through a kind of mangrove tunnel which gave us the impression that we had ended up in another world. Then it was a very quiet trip through all the beautiful nature. After that we just had to cross the water and that was a bit of paddling with headwinds that I didn't count on Snorkeling is recommended, but there is quite little to see because of all the sand in the water. The guide was fantastic and she sounded very passionate. Thank you! All in all a fat 5 stars

Unique & meaningful adventure! - WOW! It was a treat to explore this rich and important ecosystem during the short time we had in Bonaire. Our tour was full (with both families and couples), but the group size felt perfect. Our guide Trevor was fun, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. It's obvious that he is fascinated by the significance of the mangroves and loves to share that interest with others. He kept us safe and comfortable while ensuring that everyone appreciated and respected the environment throughout the experience. We were blown away by how many different species we saw, particularly while snorkeling. We are SO glad that we ventured beyond the usual beaches and cruise tours for this adventure!

Kayak tour was fun! - This was a great experience! Our guide at the center was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the important role of mangroves and we learned so much about the trees as well as the maintenance they’re doing at the Mangrove Center. The kayak tour was great as we headed through the mangroves - lots a shade and very calm water. There were times, particularly when crossing a large open area, the pace was really fast. We are fit but had to work really hard to keep up. Maybe kayaking just isn’t our strongest skill! We found the snorkeling to be a little disappointing. We swam through a mangrove tunnel - which was cool, but we’ve been diving for several days, so the visibility seemed pretty poor compared to what we were accustomed to. All in all, it was a lot of fun and I highly recommend the kayaks! I might just warn scuba divers to skip the snorkeling tour.

Beautiful experience - End of the day this tour done. Not too hot and fortunately little to no mosquitoes. Beautiful surroundings and nice quiet kayaking through the mangrove. The bit of snorkeling was a bit disappointing. I think this bit is used by all the kayakers, because there wasn't much life underwater. All in all a relaxed afternoon and enjoyed.
