Great time on Bonaire - Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. Also, we were delayed getting into Bonaire by 4 hours. I was not able to contact them as I did not have internet until we docked. The tour guide was there waiting for us. He took us around the island for over 3 hours. This was my first time here. It is a very nice island and the people are very nice. Next time I will not book my tour before the cruise and just get it at the island as we paid $65 a person and the people with us ;just got on with us and they only paid $35 a person. Very disappointed with this.

Great tour of the island - Our driver guide Alberto did an excellent job of touring us around the island. He answered all of our questions but the equipment seemed not to allow him to be clear in his speech. He was very gracious when we asked him to repeat. We would recommend this tour for anyone who is interested in a tour of the island with a knowledgeable guide.

Great Guided Tour of Bonaire - On arrival we were greeted by our driver holding up our name, as we were early he walked us down to a local market and told us where to meet, which was really helpful. We visited several parts of the island and the driver/guide was very knowledgeable and the stops were long enough for us to get a good taste of the area. He was always on hand to answer any questions and was funny too. A really great day out and made us want to go back to Bonaire in the future.

Great Half-Day North-South Tour of Bonaire - We had a great North-South Bonaire tour with Eddie. Aside from a woman on our cruise ship who monopolized the tour with constant and often stupid questions to the patient guide, we had a fantastic tour and it was a great value for the money. Eddy has lived his whole life in Bonaire and taught us a lot about the island. Among the highlights were beautiful views (including the 1000 Steps and others), the salt flats, the slave huts, the flamingos, seeing some mansions and houses were most people live, the wild donkeys, and more. Eddy was a great, safe driver, and an interesting guide.

Great small group tour. - Great excursion! One of the best tours we have been on! Easy to find the meeting point right outside the pier gate. Alberto wirh Explorer Tours was very knowledgeable and patient. Loved the small group instead of being on a large motorcoach. We saw the highlights of both the north end and the south end. Most of us got a glimpse of a sea turtle from the top of 1000 steps! We stopped beside some wild donkeys and got to talk to them. Saw flamingos in a large salt water lake. Stopped at a cactus liquor distillery where we got a small sample, petted the resident cat, and watched the iguanas and birds in the trees. Stopped at a very high point to get some pictures. Stopped at the "Bonaire" sign for pictures. On the south side, saw the salt flats and the slave huts. The van was comfortable with some caveats. We had a total of 7 passengers. We had 2 people not show so we are able to spread out. With the missing people, it might have been tight. The van needs a step to help older people step up into the vehicle. There are things to grab but a step would have made it easier. Last, Alberto's mic seemed to have an echo inside the van. There were enough restroom opportunities. Overall a great experience and I would recommend this tour to others visiting Bonaire!

Great value for your money - Norman took us to all the sites listed for the tour and told stories about each location. Norman was very friendly and helpful especially when collected salt crystals. The only problem is NOT with Norman but with the sound system. He had a headset that would broadcast in the van (excellent idea), but the sound sometimes was crackly. Also, the couple behind me were yapping when I was trying to hear Norman explain some historical event on the island. I would do this tour again. One does get a great view of both the north and south. Norman also pointed out interesting geological sites, such as the tallest mountain.
