• Each ride takes about 10-15 minutes. On busy days, it takes about 15-20 minutes.
• Each person must have one ticket, all luge rides must be used on the same day and it is non-transferable.
• Children over 110cm in height and aged 6 and above can ride the luge alone. However, depending on the staff’s judgment, solo riding may not be allowed, so please follow the instructions of the on-site staff.
• Children between 85 - 110cm in height cannot ride the luge alone and must ride accompanied by an adult over 150cm in height and aged 19 or older.
• Passengers impaired by alcohol or drugs are prohibited from riding the Luge.
• Mobile devices are not permitted to be used on the Chairlift or while riding the Luge.
• It may be temporarily closed at the company’s discretion in the event of bad weather that affects the safety of passengers, such as lightning, torrential rain, or typhoons, during operation.
