- Customers who use the observatory are free of charge for 2 hours parking, and you can check it at the information desk on the 1st floor. Additional charges apply after 2 hours. (KRW2,000 for more than 30 minutes/ KRW1,000 for every 15 minutes)
- Prohibited items include: Objects that may endanger or alarm other guests (e.g., knives, scissors, tools, guns, stun guns, or aggressive sports equipment). Items that could threaten the facility (e.g., fireworks, butane gas, explosives, oil). Flammable substances, such as petroleum and similar materials
- Please note that bringing in outside food is prohibited
- The Sky X Show runs at 7:00 pm for the first show, 8:00 pm for the second, and 9:00 pm for the third. Show times may vary slightly depending on operating conditions
- The Sky Wave runs at 6:30 pm for Episode 1, 7:30 pm for Episode 2, and 8:30 pm for Episode 3. Show times may vary slightly depending on operating conditions
- Entry is not permitted between 17:30 and 20:00 on November 15th. If you wish to enter during these times, please purchase a special fireworks festival ticket.
- Infants under 36 months of age can use the facility for free upon presentation of supporting documents
