Afternoon Lantau and Monestery Tour is Great! - We had a wonderful guide for this afternoon tour. We found it through the Concierge at The JW Marriott. The tour arrived to pick us up earlier than was told us but it was fine nd all worked out. The tour takes you to The NGong Ping Cable Car and that was really fun with great views as we ascended toward the Great Buddha. The nice thing was that the tour dropped us at the base so we did not have to walk up the 400 steps to get there. We had a tour inside and then had ample opportunity for photos and views outside. Then it was on to PO Lin Monastery which was very beautiful with a lot to see. From there it was on to TAI O Fishing Village which was very authentic and fun to walk through. After a great afternoon with a wonderful guide we took the ferry back to Hong Kong. This tour was a wonderful way to get out of the city and experience more of a rural setting and see interesting sites. Highly recommended!
