  The tour starts in this breathtaking coastal city, renowned for its stunning views, including well-preserved medieval buildings by the sea, known as mansions or palaces, showcasing a blend of Baroque and Renaissance architectural styles. Visitors will also enjoy charming ancient fishing villages, lush vegetation, historic mills, a river flowing into the sea, and much more.
• Our Lady of the Rocks - The first stop is a visit to the island of Our Lady of the Rocks, an artificial island formed by a bulwark of rocks and by sinking old and seized ships loaded with rocks. The Catholic Church of Our Lady of the Rocks (Montenegrin: Gospa od Škrpjela) is the largest structure on the islet and includes an attached museum. A small gift shop is located near the church, and a navigation light is situated at the western end of the islet.

Travelers can explore the island, visit the church and museum, and purchase souvenirs if they wish. Our skipper will share the history of the island and Old Town Perast, which is under UNESCO protection. The cruise to this point of interest takes 20 minutes.

• Tivat Municipality - On the journey, the tour passes through the Strait of Verige and enters Tivat Bay, home to the renowned luxury marina Porto Montenegro, visible on the far left.

The next stop is the Ex-Submarine Tunnel, constructed by the Yugoslav Army. The exterior of the opening is cleverly disguised with fake rocks to avoid detection by satellites or spy planes, making passage through it a unique experience.

• Mamula Fortress - At the exit of the Bay of Kotor, the famous Mamula Fortress comes into view, and the skipper will explain its role during the First and Second World Wars. Due to ongoing construction for the past two years, the fortress is closed to the public.

• Blue Cave - These natural caves were formed by wave impacts over hundreds of years at the base of a cliff over 100 meters high. The captain will take you by boat to the Blue Cave, where you can jump off the boat and swim in the stunning blue sea. Snorkeling equipment is provided at no extra cost. This is an unforgettable experience. The cruise to this point of interest takes 25 minutes.
