The bay has been inhabited since antiquity. Its well-preserved medieval towns of Kotor, Risan, Tivat, Perast, Prčanj and Herceg Novi, along with their natural surroundings, are major tourist attractions. The Natural and Culturo-Historical Region of Kotor was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979. Its numerous Orthodox and Catholic churches and monasteries attract numerous religious and cultural pilgrims.

Great day trip exploring Montenegro! - This trip with Darko was great! The early pickup was an awesome option to see Perast as it was just waking up and Kotor before it got too busy. Budva is so worth seeing too. It's a great option for those who want to get a sense of the history and layout of the cities while on the road, but are also looking to explore on your own time. This is not a guided walking tour and there's time to explore and try all Darko's recommendations.

Great tour with Andrew! - We booked directly with Andrea on the water front. Andrea was brilliant at providing us with all necessary information and gave us lots of other local tips.
The highlight of our trip was our Driver, Andrew. Arriving promptly, he was keen to get us to the border before the queues and was successful negotiating this. Andrew was a true local historian we loved to hear his stories and facts about Croatia and the bordering counties. We were sad to hear he is leaving and we hope he reconsiders because the world needs people like him. We love Croatia because of the warm and strong characters here.
We enjoyed our trip and when we are I'm the area again, we hope to bump into him for coffee ☕️ and real conversation.
We would recommend the company 👌 and also the trip to Montenegro.

We were met by Darco in... - We were picked up by Darco in Dubrovnik and then went to Montenegro. In total we made three stops. Darco told us very interesting things over and over again. We can absolutely recommend the trip.

Fabulous sights, knowledgeable, friendly guide made the trip. - We booked our trip from Mlini through Andrea, she was very amenable and friendly, explained exactly what the trip involved. Our driver and guide Darko was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and amusing. We had a fabulous time. Pick up 6:45am back 6:20pm he negotiated horrendous roadworks but the journey was not overshadowed. 10 out of 10. Sights were wonderful Thank you.

Montenegro we will be back! Great trips! - Brilliant day out, Andrea booked it and was so thorough with the information and what to expect, especially about pick up etc.. Darko was our driver / guide and made the trip run smoothly and fun also. I would say we had the right amount of time in each place otherwise the day would be too long. Loved this trip and highly recommend it, plus Andrea is just brilliant at her job!

Such a brilliant day!! - Fantastic day! Great itinerary to see 3 beautiful towns of Montenegro and the stunning Bay of Kotor. Highly recommend this trip and definitely with Dubrovnik Smile! Booked with Andrea who was friendly, enthusiastic, professional, but not pushy which I like. (Find her on the promenade between Mlini and Srebreno!)
Small groups 6-8 in minibus is perfect, our brilliant driver was Darko, also friendly, engaged with us all, had interesting info, but BEST OF ALL: he looked ahead and saw 1hr queue at the border so he took a winding road to a small border crossing elsewhere - the bigger coaches couldn't have done this. We also took a fun little ferry across part of the bay coming back to save driving all the way round again, another advantage of small group and vehicle.
Daughter and I loved every minute of the whole day, thank you Andrea and Darko, and your team for the memories! xxx
(Been back to Andrea to book Elephiti trip... another happy day coming I'm sure!)

Great one day tour to Montenegro from Croatia - Communication from the tour company was very good in advance and on the day. Arrived for hotel pick up on time. Lots of commentary and facts about the route and each destination from the knowledge guide Ivo. Enough time at each location to see what you needed as well as break and lunch time, good combination of stop points between drives. Border crossing explained and undertaken with no problems. Taking calls and texting whilst driving was a bit worrying at times but overall this was a great tour

Darko was professional... - Darko was professional and very knowledgeable. He stroke conversations naturally and took care of everyone in the group. Montenegro was amazing and I would recommend this tour to anyone thinking about day trips from Dubrovnik

Tour cancellation and refund on the day of tour - I am writing this review at 7:39 am at my hotel now. I’ve been waiting for the tour guide to pick me up at 6:45 but no one has come until I just received an email telling me that a refund is made. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. You can imagine my disappointment.
