The Natural and Culturo-Historical Region of Kotor was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979. Its numerous Orthodox and Catholic churches and monasteries attract numerous religious and cultural pilgrims.

Incredibly memory in Montenegro - My wife and I had an amazing time during our tour. Andrew did a great job sharing information about the area and ensuring we always arrived on time. We had plenty of time in Kotor and Budva to walk the cities, eat, drink, and take photos. Andrew did an excellent job ensuring that everyone in the group took being on time seriously and it helped immensely with us staying on track. Thank you for the great memory!

Friendly driver - Andrew our driver was amazing, really friendly and easy going! I enjoyed the tour and his food recommendations in Budva, early start however but was good to get back early.

Getaway from Dubrovnik - Nice option of a getaway from Dubrovnik. Ivo is a great driver and attentive to all guests. All stops on time. Definitely would book again and recommend to other travelers.

An enriching experience - An absolutely brilliant day. Darko, our guide and driver, had the balance between travel time and visits just right. The information and guidance he gave helped us navigate the towns we visited and choose the activities we could fit into the time available. We were lucky to have 5 great travel companions in the minibus.

Exceptional guide & Stunning Views - We really enjoyed our full day tour to Perast, Kotor & Budva. Evo (sp?) our guide/driver was exceptional, doing all the content in both English & Spanish, and the info was both interesting & really educational.
We had 8 in our van (full) with a from Uruguay, France, the Philippines (though American), and the US. The drive allowed us to see lots of the Croatian & Montenegrin countryside.
The stops were well timed & you definitely should pay the 10€ to take the boat out to the island in Perast! The tour had time for wandering, museums/churches, and even the beach in Budva if you want!
All in all, this was an exceptional trip, especially because our guide Evo was so very good!

A wonderful company which I would highly recommend! - We had an amazing time on this tour! The communication from Andrea before the tour was great with very clear instructions on where to meet. The early pick up is essential and well planned as this allows you to cross the border before any traffic. Same on the way back - we were taken to a different border crossing (straight through in 5 minutes each time!) The smaller group of 8 is much more enjoyable.
Andrew our driver was fantastic! He had a very sarcastic humour which we enjoy. Always making jokes which made the long drive seem very short and pass quickly. His facts and stories about each place and subject was very interesting and informative. His jokes and talking makes everyone feel at ease and comfortable straight away.
The tour itself was perfect. As we left early before other tours we had Our lady of the rocks completely to ourselves to experience. Kotor was fantastic and Budva old town was a great experience also.
Overall I would definitely recommend Dubrovnik smile for all tours and experiences - especially if you can get tour guide Andrew. This is a greatly run business which is customer oriented😊 10/10 well done.

Ivo an excellent driver and guide for Montenegro / Bosnia and Herzegovina! - We booked two trips during the Easter break of 2025 with Dubrovnik Smile. The first trip was booked online and we (a family of 4 - including 2 teenagers) joined 4 other individuals for a trip to Perast, Kotor and Budva ( all in Montenegro). Although the drive starts early, around 6:45 am, it ensures we do not get stuck with border control traffic. Ivo our driver (pronounced Evo) was a fantastic guide. His knowledge about the fall of Yugoslavia to modern day Croatia, Montenegro , Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina is amazing!
After a great trip, for our second trip, we met Andrea in person and decided to do an individual family trip to Mostar and Kravice Waterfall. Andrea was a pleasant lady and answered all our questions in a friendly and helpful manner. We used Ivo as our driver and guide again for this trip and would highly recommend Ivo if you require a safe driver with a great knowledge of Montenegro or Bosnia and Herzegovina!

Nice trip with beautiful scenery - Compared to the other available trips to Montenegro, I booked this one based on the reviews and the fact that it also takes you to Budva. It was nice overall, though it is more casual - small group (max 8 people) and the driver says some historic facts along the way.
