• Kotor Cable Car - The journey begins at 9:00 am from the designated meeting point.

To experience the breathtaking views of the Bay of Kotor and ascend Lovćen Mountain, the Cable Car will be used, offering a panoramic view of the historic Old Austro-Hungarian serpentine road from 1884, providing stunning vistas of Kotor and Tivat Bays - a memorable start to a fantastic day!

• Kotor Serpentine - In case of windy conditions, the Cable Car ride may be canceled, and the journey will proceed via the old Austro-Hungarian road to reach Njeguši village.
• Njegusi - After taking in the splendid Bay of Kotor, the Great Montenegro tour continues over the slopes of Mt. Lovćen to the renowned village of Njeguši, famous for producing the finest prosciutto (smoked ham) in the region.

Along the winding road, numerous original Montenegrin stone houses over 300 years old can be seen. It’s common to encounter cows and goats grazing, resting, or even blocking the road in the surrounding fields and slopes.

By 09:30 am, everyone should be ready for a brief breakfast/snack at Montenegro’s oldest restaurant, established in 1881.

Before enjoying a meal, the guide will offer a complimentary traditional RAKIJA shot (a strong local brandy) to kickstart the day.

• Lovcen National Park - After a brief rest and delicious traditional food, the Great Montenegro tour continues towards the Lovćen peaks. To conquer this “Sea of rocks,” the drive will proceed through Lovćen National Park to reach the renowned Lake Peak at an altitude of 1,660 meters.
• Njegos Mausoleum - Atop the second-highest and impressive peak of Lovćen lies the world’s highest mausoleum, where the esteemed Montenegrin ruler and poet Petar II Petrović Njegoš is laid to rest.
• Cetinje - During the walking tour, the guide will showcase the most significant monuments known for their beauty and historical importance - Monastery of Cetinje, King Nikola’s Palace, Court Church at Ćipur, and Biljarda (residence of Peter II Petrović Njegoš), where a concrete relief of Montenegro created by the Austro-Hungarian army during WWI can be viewed.
• Lake Skadar - The tour continues towards the Crnojević River for stunning photo opportunities, a scenic boat ride, and a timely lunch break!
  Here, a scenic and relaxing boat ride will be enjoyed. As the Crnojević River flows directly into Skadar Lake, the lush vegetation, water lilies, and vibrant birdlife will be reminiscent of the lake itself.
• Sveti Stefan - A major attraction on the Budva Riviera is Sveti Stefan. This former fishing village on a peninsula transformed into an exclusive luxury hotel-town 50 years ago, where non-guests are not permitted entry.
  There will be just enough time to appreciate the island’s beauty and capture it in a photo from a viewpoint above the island.

This is an exciting full-day tour where, in just 11 hours, participants will explore Njegusi village (during pre/post high season), Lovcen National Park with Njegos Mausoleum, Cetinje (the Old Royal Capital), the River of Crnojevic which is part of Skadar Lake National Park, Sveti Stefan, and pass through Budva! This unique tour offers the chance to witness breathtaking viewpoints, stunningly beautiful locations, and historical landmarks. Please be aware that if the cable car is used, the itinerary will exclude Njeguši village due to a detour.

• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
• SPECIAL NOTE: Visit to St. Stefan viewpoint might not be possible in July, August and September due traffic jams.
• CABLE CAR: in case of wind picking up, the ride might be stopped temporarily. Not climatized!
