Brilliant hosts to a magical place - Excellent day trip to Kotor, a fantastic walled city that has ro be seen to be believed. Our host (lady from Peru sorry cannot remember your name) was fantastic and funny, as was our mad boat guide. Highly recommend this trip.

Travel without waste at every point visited! - Very good excursion. Our guide Carmen highlighted that told us things about Montenegro throughout the trip and advised us to do at the different stops. We started with cold and some drizzle so I cleverly changed the order of the tour to take advantage of the sunny afternoon in Perast. We do not cross to the island and you take advantage of the time by having a coffee and eating the typical cake of Perast... very rich! Mostar is an amazing place to walk and get lost in its walled streets. Repeat.

Add this country to your list! - Great experience. Worth doing it! We decided to take a day and travel to Montenegro and are happy we did this tour. The tour guide Carmen was great and gave us good information throughout the tour. The tour was very well laid out and both locations Prerast and Kotor were stunning. Make sure you take a great camera with you

Excellent excursion! - Everything was perfect! Our driver Carlos knows the good spots and we had an extraordinary day! He speaks great English and knows Croatia and Montenegro well, with reasonable border crossings because again the driver knows the corners and especially there is no secret you have to leave early. Really beautiful scenery with an amazing coffee surprise stop! In short do not hesitate agency at the top very comfortable car and excursion not to be missed

A relaxed and enjoyable day trip to Montenegro. - Such a relaxed, enjoyable day, thanks to Ivan. We are a large family of 6 and travelled in a private vehicle from Dubrovnik to Kotor and then Perast. Ivan was fun and chatty, answering any random question asked. Whilst we had a rough time frame, it was very relaxed and Ivan just wanted to make sure we got what we wanted out of the day. His passion for the areas we visited were evident and he had plenty of conversation topics up his sleeve. I would definitely recommend Adriatic Explore. Thank you a memorable day đ

A pleasant and memorable tour with a fabulous guide - We were three couples, had private day trip (10hr) in a seven seater car.
This was the first day of the two trips we did with Adriatic tours. We were lucky to have Carlos as our guide/driver on both days.
He was very fluent in English, good knowledge of the local history, gave us advice on good restaurants, advised us in local attractions and must try foods.
We visited Perast (boat trip to Lady on the Rocks church) and Kotor. We spent most time in Kotor.
Kotor is a must visit.

AMAZING! - We actually did two day trips with these guys - Montenegro and BiH day trips from Dubrovnik in September 2024.
We had a top notch experience with them. CARLOS was our guide and did AMAZING. He was very patient with us (we had our toddler son with us), informative, and great to chat with. He has a deep understanding of the areas and also provided some great suggestion. For the BiH tour, he suggested Blagaj which we ended up doing and I am so glad we did. We had a top notch experience. He took the time to understand what we like (we are not huge fans of crowds) and provided good advice in terms of what to see and the best time of day to go.
I realize the price is much higher than group tours, but if you have the means to do so I would not even think twice. I have done big tours and private ones like this and it's like comparing apples to oranges. Everything is easier, and we were so happy we booked with these guys. This is particularly true if you have a child traveling with you like we did. They also provided a car seat. Border crossing took less than 10 minutes!
I am sure the other drivers are great, but Carlos was simply outstanding. If you have the chance, request him as your driver. I also appreciated his deep understanding of the history of the area and he is a very easy going guy and easy to get along with at the personal level.
Carlos, thank you again for a wonderful two days with our family and showing us the beautiful area. It was a trip we will always remember fondly.

Kotor Day Trip - Kotor is definitely worth a visit. Around 1.5 hrs from Dubrovnik, it is a charming medieval walled town nestled between the mountains and the bay. Very walkable with many historic churches, quaint shops and open air cafes. The bay itself produces a variety of fish with a distinctive flavor due to the blend of fresh and saltwater. The mussels are amazing.
Our driver/guide Carlos was fantastic. He is punctual, polite and a wealth of knowledge on the area, its history, and interesting sites to visit. If you book through Adriatic Explore, I recommend asking for Carlos as your guide.

Day trip to Kotor from Dubrovnik - We booked the private tour as there were four of us and the cost wasnât too much more than us going with a larger group and it worked really well. Ivan picked us up and dropped us off near our accommodation. He was on time, really friendly, informative and happy to tailor our trip to things and timings suit us. Kotor was amazing i couldnât believe I hadnât heard about the place before. A wonderful old town surrounded by an amazing wall stretching up into the mountain behind the town. Ivan was a super guide. If you havenât been to Kotor and find the time to go you wonât be disappointed.
