Njegusi - To experience the stunning views of the Bay of Kotor and conquer Lovćen Mountain, travel the historic Old Austro-Hungarian road from 1884. This road features 25 serpentines, each offering a higher vantage point. After admiring the magnificent Bay of Kotor, continue the Great Montenegro tour over Mt. Lovćen’s slopes to reach Njeguši, the most renowned village in Montenegro, famous for producing the region’s finest prosciutto (smoked ham).
Njegos Mausoleum - After a brief rest and enjoying traditional cuisine, continue the Great Montenegro tour towards the Lovćen peaks. Drive through the National Park of Lovćen to reach the famous Lake Peak at an altitude of 1,660 meters. Climb 461 steps to view the enormous statue of the ruler crafted by the world-renowned sculptor Ivan Meštrović. The Best of North Montenegro
Crno Lake - After breakfast, head straight to the hidden gem of Durmitor National Park – the majestic Black Lake. The lake consists of two lakes combined into one (depending on the time of year and water level) and appears like a pair of clear blue eyes from above, giving the impression that the mountain is looking back at you. This lake is among 18 glacial lakes above 1,500 meters elevation on Durmitor Mountain, collectively known as “Mountain Eyes.” Free time by the lake (swimming/hiking)
Đurđevića Tara - Next, visit the Đurđevića Tara Bridge – the highest in Europe when built in 1940 – spanning the renowned Tara River. If desired, time will be allotted to cross the 365-meter-long bridge, 172 meters above the canyon floor.
Ostrog Monastery - Travel to the most visited spiritual and mysterious place in Montenegro – Ostrog Monastery. Built in 1667 by the monk Vasilije Ostroški, who lived and died there, his relics are now preserved and considered miraculous. This site offers insight into the history of Montenegro’s conservative Orthodox tradition.

Mamula Fortress - Drive to Kotor and board a specially made trimaran cruise boat. Shortly after embarking, spot the former fortified prison and concentration camp “Mamula” at the entrance of Boka Bay. Our Lady of the Rocks - Next, visit Our Lady of the Rocks island. According to legend, the islet was created over centuries by local seamen after finding the icon of Madonna and the Child on a rock in the sea on July 22, 1452. Over time, the islet gradually emerged from the sea. It took 100 years to build the isle and another 100 to complete the church. Now, Our Lady of Rocks is the protector of all seamen who come to Boka Bay. Your tour guide will provide more details about the island, church, and museum.
