- Ljubljana Old Town - During a walking tour, visitors can explore the city’s most significant buildings and landmarks, including Ljubljana Castle, Ljubljana Town Hall, the Triple Bridge, the Shoemakers Bridge, Ljubljana Cathedral, the Robba Fountain, Preseren Square, Congress Square, and the Ljubljanica River, where the essence of old town life is most palpable. There will also be free time for shopping in the old town or to relax with a delightful glass of Slovenian wine or a cup of coffee by the riverbanks.
- Lake Bled - After approximately 2 hours, the group will reconvene and proceed directly to Lake Bled. During the 45-minute journey, the guide will provide all the essential information about Lake Bled. Upon arrival, guests will be dropped off at an optimal location and will have ample time (up to 2 hours) to explore and enjoy this alpine fairytale gem independently. Whether strolling around the lake, taking a Pletna boat to the island with the Gothic church dedicated to the Assumption of Mary, savoring a glass of exquisite Slovenian wine, or trying the famous Bled Kremsnita cake, visitors will be captivated by this historic Slovenian tourist resort nestled under the Alps, with a fairytale castle perched atop a stunning cliff. There will also be opportunities to capture beautiful photographs.
- Bled Castle (Blejski Grad) - Enjoy a panoramic ride around the lake and a photo stop at Bled Castle.
- Ljubljana - Ljubljana, the enchanting capital where dragons guard bridges and every alley feels like a secret waiting to be uncovered. This vibrant capital is rich in culture, history, and boasts numerous bars and cafes.

Magnificent Lake Bled and Castle - What a fantastic excursion. Our guide Maurizio was very knowledgeable and accomodating. We were lucky with the weather which enhances the experience. Small group is definitely the way to go.

Lake Bled and Ljubljana are beautiful and Juri is an outstanding guide and host! - Juri was an outstanding guide. He picked us and one other family up at the cruise terminal and drove us to Lake Bled. The lake is beautiful and he drove us all around the lake to show us the best views for photos. Then we went to Ljubljana. I had no idea what to expect but it is a beautiful city. He gave us free time to enjoy lunch wherever we chose and then gave us a walking tour of the highlights of the beautiful city. This was one of our favorite tours during the entire 11 day cruise.

Breath taking! - Be careful on the terrace taking pictures of the view. There are small steps behind you that people fall down all the time. I know because I was one of them.

Recommended if you are on a Cruise. - If you are for a short time in Ljubljana, (like a cruise stop) this excursion gives you a nice, not rushed experience of this part of Slovenia. Lake Bled was stunning, we were a very small group which made it even more special. Our tour guide was phenomenal, he kept us safe and gave us very helpful tips.

Wonderful day - Well paced day with the tour guide consulting with us on what we wanted to do. Everything was wonderful to see. Our tour guide was there on time, gave us lots of information about his country and clear instructions on where to meet him and the time. Worth doing this trip.

Beautiful Lake Bled - Great such beautiful scenery. Our tour guide was very friendly. He told us the historical facts of Slovenia . We went to the castle and it was amazing. We took many pictures of beautiful Lake Bled. On the way back we went to the old town and had lunch. The guide took us on a informative tour.

Fantastic views worth every penny - Our tour of Lake Bled and Ljubljana with Norman was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, Norman made the entire experience seamless, fun, and informative. He was punctual, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable and engaged throughout the day.
Lake Bled was breathtaking, and Norman’s knowledge of the history and culture made the visit even more special. He knew all the best spots for photos and gave us plenty of time to explore at our own pace. In Ljubljana, he brought the city to life with fascinating stories, hidden gems, and local insights we never would have discovered on our own.
What really stood out was Norman’s passion—he clearly loves what he does, and it shows. His sense of humor and approachable style made the day feel less like a tour and more like exploring with a friend who knows all the best insider tips.
I can’t recommend this tour enough. If you’re visiting Slovenia, do yourself a favor and book with Norman—you’ll leave with unforgettable memories!

What an amazing tour and guide - What an amazing experience we had on our tour. Couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide Yurri was amazing and was so proud of where he was from. He showed us all we wanted to know about lake bled and the town of Ljubljana. He also got us the desert cakes that were known there and they were mighty tasty! We will definitely be returning to stay there again in the near future as we were in a cruise and only had a small time frame. With that small time frame he made the best of it.

This was a somewhat... - This was a somewhat disappointing day tour experience. Our tour guide waited over 45 minutes for a couple from our cruise ship who got on wrong bus. Our whole day was behind from then on. personally, if I was 45 minutes late, I would never expect anybody to wait that long for me. Also, the person did not answer repeated text messages about their delay. then when they appeared, there was no apology to the other people on the tour or even the tour guide when we got to Lake Bled we had an hour to walk around and view the lake, which was not enough time to experience the boat ride or the walk to the castle so a very disappointing experience. These things were listed as options but really they were not so felt like false advertising. The trip to Lubjlana was a tad boring to me and felt like a waste. Long walk from where we parked to old town area. Spend more time at Bled and skip Lubjlana.
