Breathtaking. Amazing. Worth getting up at 4:15 am.... - If you want to get a true taste of some of the dramatic Turkish landscape and experience some breathtaking scenes. Then I would urge anyone to book. The long journey pales into significance when compared to this wonderful trip. The coach stops just the right amount of times for comfort breaks and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and spoke many languages and the driver did a brilliant job. The hotel for the night was very nice, far better than expected. Only the drinks throughout are not included. The visits to the ancient Hittites caves are incredible, but definitely not suitable for the disabled or anyone with claustrophobia! There are many ladies selling homemade crafts outside on arrival and although it's a bit overwhelming when they are are all wanting you to buy something and all shouting at you at the same time, my heart went out to them as all they asked for was 1$...(€1). So please choose at least one item and give a little more, as I did but in Turkish lira! The pottery visit is fun and if your craft fanatics like our family then you will also love this short visit. The prices are very good too. We weren't bothered about 'the fashion show' at the leather factory.. it's just a ruse to to get to purchase EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE (very small) leather garments! Not to our taste or pockets.. most START at £600 and more! But, the icing on the cake is of course the dawn rising and watching the hot air balloons at 4:30am. The scenery is breathtaking. What a memorable, magical life experience. Thank you Murat, Side Tours..it's all, and more, you said it would be... Only one small niggle.. anyone who chooses to do this trip MUST take their passports, or, a photo of them! I didn't. Luckily my daughter had photos on her phone which saved the day..

Awesome, awesome!!!!💥💥💥🎉🎊 - The excursion to Cappadocia was organized professionally by Serdarlm. The package of services has been carefully selected, taking into account our wishes. Individual approach to each client. Very hospitable and tactful, friendly and welcoming professionals. All the services that were included in the price were rendered with distinction. Nothing too much was promised, all concrete and substantive. If we don't need a full nutrition package, we didn't include it. Sharing information with the participants of our travel group realized that our specialist - Serdar is a true professional, who is not afraid that his tourists on his return from the excursion will come to him with claims and indignation, I recommend purchasing excursion tours from this firm and this specialist. Be sure to use his services in the future and recommend him to my friends and acquaintances!!! Thank you for your unforgettable experiences and storm of positive emotions!!! 💥

Great holiday - Despite Corona, we decided this year not to cancel our 14 day holiday. Which was the right decision. We booked a few trips online in advance, with Murat, to that briefly and concisely, everything worked as advertised. We stayed two days in Cappadocia, a beautiful nature spectacle, just recommended to visit this beautiful area. Then we wanted to try the hammam, which you should definitely do, I was so surprised how relaxed and relaxed you are afterwards, and all for only a few euros. Thanks again to the tour owner, we were very happy with everything, and will definitely book here again next time, there is still a lot to discover😊

Cappadocia (two days, from Side), or a slight bewilderment about the operation of Side Tours - I want to share not impressions of the tour in general (the views were certainly delightful), but about organizational moments. The tour was generally well organized. We had a national team, Polish and Russian speaking. Accompanied by two guides, Sultan and Viola. Thank you so much to the guides! Special admiration for the Sultan, he was the one who worked with Russian-speaking tourists. It's just 10 out of 5! He talked very interestingly, not only about the sights visited, but also about geography, the history of Turkey, and many, many more interesting things! One point is withdrawn by Side Tours, as the excursion program described on the site was slightly different from the real one. In particular, there was no visit to the pottery factory, the Rose Valley and the panorama of the Kyzylyrmak River. Of course, the program was already a busy, very early rise two days in a row, but you wanted to expect everything described on the site...

Cancellation of the trip - Unfortunately, we did not have to have a good experience from the beginning. It already began with chaos in the distribution of guests among the buses. We were transferred from a pleasant little bus into a slightly larger but very tight bus as other guests complained that the bus we got afterwards did not meet their standards and they want to change. So our group had to change to the uncomfortable bus, where there was immediately further discussion with space problems. When we left, the discussion continued as guests travelling alone had to pay an extra fee for the room, but this was communicated nowhere. So you couldn't rest during the ride either, as there were always loud discussions. The first 8 hours (for some guests even 10!! hours)were marked by stops at gas stations and there we were far from arriving at our first destination. During the journey, the driver once even fell into a lull in seconds, almost causing an accident as he left his roadway. This is not an accusation to the driver himself, but in our opinion, for such a long journey a 2nd driver must be equipped. driver be there so that you can take turns. After a beaten 10 hours we arrived at our first real stop, which was not yet lunch (by now it was already 2 pm). All the guests were already quite annoyed and hungry. Overall, in our opinion, we were on the road for too long without arriving at any of our destinations and due to all the discussions and the shock of the almost-occurring accident, we could not rest properly either. So we could not enjoy the trip as much as we wanted. Therefore, some guests and we decided to cancel the trip for tomorrow and booked a ticket for a direct return trip. To go through another day like this is unimaginable for us.
