Don’t miss it! - The trip started with a 40 minute drive from Dubrovnik to a small family owned and operated vineyard from the 1400’s. The charcuterie contained homemade cheeses, smoked meats and homemade bread that paired nicely with 4 different generously poured wines from the family vineyard. The family history and conversation with guests from other countries was a highlight. The evening ended with a sampling of several delightful brandies.

Wonderful Experience! - There were six of us (3 couples) and we all agreed that it was the best wine tasting we ever went to - a small family run vineyard where in addition to the wines, the tasting included meat, cheeses, vegetables produced there and bread baked that morning. Included were 4 full glasses to sample: Rose, Chardonnay, Zinfandel, and Cabernet., followed by 5 shots of different types of grappa. Lovely spot and the stop in Cavtat to see the sun set finished off the day perfectly. Our driver was prompt and attentive and picked us up at our hotel at the designated time.

Cracking company and lovely wines - Absolutely fabulous 👌. Cost us about £72 each or €168 for the 2 of us. Beautiful views on the bus to the 1st vineyard. Then after a very informative talk with the owner and a couple of glasses of wine and a nose around the cellar we embarked on the tractor train to the other vineyards and Mills. Each one offering drink and nibbles. You do get a nice local meal at one mill which was very nice and cake at the last stop. The information about wine was very interesting and their hospitality was warm etc. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We booked through the tui rep at our hotel in Cavtat

Other than having a... - Other than having a little confusion about exactly when we were being picked up this tour was excellent! This takes you out to a winery about 25 minutes outside of the Dubrovnik Old Town. You got four FULL glasses of wine from the winery and then five shots of their homemade rakia (Croatia’s local grappa). All of it was delicious and the winery owners were very excited to share their products with us. While I didn’t feel particularly well the next day it was fun at the time! 😜 The driver was very communicative and knowledgeable and we had a great time with the fellow Americans we met on the trip. Would recommend!

Wonderful wine and food - Fantastic experience - visited on my own with my 2 boys aged 10 and 6, we all had a wonderful time. Both the wine and the food were delicious and we enjoyed the stop off at the town on the way back to enjoy some ice cream

Angry minibus driver - We were really looking forward to this trip, having done many similar trips before. The driver was 20 mins late due to traffic. The wine tasting itself was ok and the owners were nice people and we bought some wine. We missed the actual sunset at Cavtat which was a little disappointing . The driver however was rude and very money driven. He complained we didn’t buy enough wine, he was trying to force us to tip and said he wanted €80 to take us to our villa, this then reduced to €50 but we said we could get a taxi for €25. At this point he was angry and dumped us in a shopping centre car park and told us we F****d up! We were very shocked!!!

Okay, wouldn’t go again. - 5 wine tastings were decent, nothing mind blowing. Meat and cheese were excellent. No tour of the winery (I wasn’t expecting it but it would have been a nice bonus). I think the trip as a whole was overpriced (but maybe “acceptable” for this area?). Driver may or may not be able to pick you up or drop you off, depending on where you are staying (some areas near old town restricted for certain types of vehicles), but the company communicated well about this. A group of 5 of us were the only ones at this very small local winery - pros and cons to this. Locals were all very friendly. Would not recommend unless you had time and money to spend and nothing else planned.

Do not waste your money on this! - Do not waste your money on this! Picked up by a driver who didn't speak English. Driven 1.5 hours to a basic winery in the valley. Given basic wines & a share platter dismal by croatian standards. Had to go out and eat after. Dropped off at a village called Cavtat with no warning & told to be back in an hour then driven back to Dubrovnik. Total rip off.
