• Children aged 4-11 years are welcome. (require the parent or legal guardian)
• Weight limit: Must be between 34 kg. to 125 kg. Under 34 kg. may be required to zip tandem with other players.
• No Loose-hanging clothes such as scarves, dresses or skirts.
• Closed-toed and closed-heel shoes are advised. (rental shoe and sock available)
• Individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted to participate.
• Individuals with the following conditions cannot participate: pregnancy, diabetes, epilepsy, or injuries/medical treatments related to the heart, lungs, kidneys, or liver.
• Individuals who have had any injuries to their back, hips, legs, knees, or feet in the past year are not permitted to participate.
• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
