• Children must be at least 8 years old and supervised by parents/guardians, tour guides/instructors, or tour operators. They will not be allowed to drive.
• Drivers have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety. Drivers must be at least 17 years old.
• During the tour, strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the authority to stop any risky riding or unpleasant mannerisms with no refund.
• ATV capacity is limited to 140 kilograms including rider and passenger.
• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
• Guests who are pregnant are not allowed to join the tour.
• Guests who have high blood pressure, heart disease, or bone diseases are not recommended to join the tour.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
