Phi phi and James Bond island tour - We had a fantastic day exploring both islands plus kayak and cave tours, stunning scenery. Beer our guide along with Milan and Van his assistants provided great service and looked after us throughout the day. Particular praise to Beer who has outstanding knowledge and insight into all of the sites. Would thoroughly recommend this tour you will not be disappointed.

Amazing day in Thailand. - What an amazing day. Hard to say enough good things. Kris was an amazing guide, helpful on snorkeling tour, extremely attentive to ensure we were having fun and safe. The Captain was exceptional being very considerate with managing the waves, giving us a smooth ride even with 2m waves. Deck hand was always there to help and trying to find ways to delight us. The local recommendations were outstanding the lunch and the canoe tour were highlights. Don’t hesitate to book it will be one of your best vacation days ever.

Family trip - private boat - The trip was amazing, well prepared and clean boat. We felt safe and secured. The guide was great, made our trip as per our needs and have imagination. We love it and recommend!

The most amazing team and day! I would recommend these guys over anyone else - The most amazing company , Jessica was so funny and danced and sang with us she was also very caring and made us have such an amazing experience. I also want to thank the team as I forgot my glasses it them and the minute I mentioned they dropped it off within a hour to me. This needs the most amazing review I wish I can give them 10 stars! 5 Star Service - From the initial enquiry to our actual trip the service was professional and faultless. Six of us had a fantastic day visiting Phi Phi Island and various other islands back to James Bond Island, being able to avoid the worst of the crowds with our own private boat and crew. Special thanks to the crew, with our guide Beer, who were so kind and helpful, making sure that the less competent swimmers were safe and able to enjoy the day fully. 100/10 Experience – Truly Outstanding Team & Seamless Day - We honestly cannot say enough good things about this experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and incredibly well organised. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure our whole group felt comfortable, relaxed, and well looked after. A huge shout-out to Dewy, who was absolutely exceptional. He made us feel safe and at ease the entire time, was attentive without ever being intrusive, and showed genuine care for everyone in our group. His calm, respectful approach really stood out and made the day even more enjoyable. The team was fantastic with the kids, incredibly patient, and happy to help take photos so we could all enjoy the moment together. Nothing ever felt rushed — everything ran on time, transitions were seamless, and the whole operation felt very well coordinated. One thing we especially appreciated was how thoughtful the planning was beyond the main activity. They recommended a wonderful restaurant, and to our surprise, they even had a taxi waiting on the island to take us straight there — no confusion, no waiting around, no stress at all. That level of detail made such a difference. They also organised JetSki rental for us effortlessly, which was a highlight for many in our group. It felt like every request was met with a “no problem” attitude and handled smoothly behind the scenes. Most importantly, everyone in our group had the best time. It was one of those days where you feel completely taken care of and can just enjoy being present with your family and friends. An amazing day out with 5 Star Marine. - What can we say, in this world of dissapointment and where poor service has become accepted along comes 5 Star Marine. Booking a Private boat trip is always a gamble of sorts, but trust me not with 5 Star Marine. From the moment I made the first enquiry the level of service and communication was exemplary, they even warned us the day before it may be a little bumpy but nothing to worry about. Myself, my partner and two friends booked a trip on Dec 29, 2025. Our Private transfer turned up exactley on time (we were sent a photo to show who and where he was) where we were safely transported to the marina and met by the waiting Noon who was to be our guide for the day. Sorted the paperwork that only took a few minutes in nice quite calm surroundings away from the madding crowd. We were then led to our boat 'Lisa 2' to be met by our Captain Zaron and his assistant Pong, so 3 staff for 4 of us !! Noon had excellent English and happily explained that we had no fixed itenerary she just wanted to ensure we had a great time. We asked Noon to take us where she thought and 'WOW' what a day we had, amazing scenary and views all day, monkeys on the beach, baby shark, snorkelling etc etc. One of our group lost her snorkel, no issues Captain Zaron straight in and recovered this with a smile on his face as always. If we arrived somewhere that we thought was overcrowded we just said 'No Thanks' and we were wisked away to they next beautiful place of interest. By the time we got to 'Lisa 2' the team had already loaded her with ample complimentary cold soft drinks and fresh fruit for the day, this was very welcome. We took Noons recmmendation for lunch, unlike some tours it was not a shabby place that we were taken to just so the staff get a thank you, it was an immaculate sea front restaraunt that was spotlessly clean and outstanding food at a very reasonable price (sorry I am embarrased and can't remeber what it was called). Sorry to rabbit on, but hopefully you have got the right idea, if you want a boat trip go with 5 Star Marine where Shaun and his amazing team will ensure you have an unforgetable day with no hic ups just a 110% proffesional but super friendly service. Best Tour in Thailand - This excursion was truly unforgettable and it was entirely because of the incredible crew. From start to finish, Phil, Shaka, Kwon, and Captain Nute went above and beyond to create an amazing experience. They guided us through caves, took us to a beautiful lunch spot, and gave us plenty of time to snorkel and swim in the most beautiful places. They also cut up fresh fruit for us! On top of everything else, they took amazing photos throughout the day and sent them to us afterward, allowing us to relive the experience after it ended. The crew was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone was safe and had a great time. Every second was worth it and wonderful. I can’t recommend this excursion (or this crew) enough.

livestock wagons - a slaughter of people who move through boats treated like cattle wagons to which they try to continuously sell extra services, at each exit they recollect all the slippers of everyone inside a net that then empty like a fishing net on the various piers of the various passages from spot to spot, to me they lost the slipper of the child and very rudely tried to make me believe that I was wrong to insert it into the net... bad
