Did the knights in the museum room and was not as happy with this room as we were with the others. We have done all other rooms except for the Star Trek one and have enjoyed all of them. The knights room had several problems with it that hampered our experience. The telescope was too easily moved and then Could not be aligned and focused. The guide emphasized that we did not have to take anything off the Richard the lion hearted suit so we did not look in his shoes for clues. The guide also told us that all the individual exhibits did not affect our ability to find clues in the other exhibits which was not true since the desk clues (placards and tour audio guides) had a lot of bearing on finding clues to the other exhibits.

We had a great time and the staff was very helpful!

We visited House of Conundrum 2 years ago for the Tomb of Doom. We decided to go back this year and tried a premium room, the knight in the museum. The experience could not have been more different. We loved our time 2 years ago, however this time, we felt the staff were annoyed and were hastily spitting out the rules at the beginning (the young teenager helping us wasn't articulating and we had a hard time understanding her). The worst part, however was that 2 things in the room itself were broken! We didn't get out in time, turns out that one of the audio listeners was not charged and we couldn't use it and you couldn't see anything out of the telescope, which we wasted 15 minutes on! A VERY young teenager then came in at the end and hastily told us how to complete everything we couldn't do, and then looked through the telescope and told us "yeah, I can't see the numbers tonight", "huh". And didn't seem phased by it at all! This was a major component to solving one of the "rooms". He also was the one who said "whoops, someone must not have charged this audiophone." - as if it was no big deal. We were just really unhappy with out experience this year. On our way out we said we better go to another escape room company in the future, as this (very expensive bc it was a premium room) just wasn't even put together properly - and the 2 teenagers running the show didn't seem to care either way.
