Amazing day! - Amazing day!!! The snorkelling was incredible. It was so well organised, our driver was even there early. Everybody was so nice and friendly, our guides gave us great information and even took photos and video underwater for us :) Can't wait to do it again!!

You'll never forget swimming with manta rays with this tour! - Loved the whole experience, especially being able to swim with countless manta rays. Our driver Komang accommodated us with pickup and drop-off times from our villa. Our guides on the snorkel boat were great in capturing all the right moments with their GoPro. Would recommend for a memorable experience!

Awesome Manta Ray Tour! - Awesome tour! We saw multiple manta rays and just an awesome day overall! Everyone was extremely friendly and nice! Would highly recommend!

Spectacular!!!! - The experience is great! We enjoyed it so much! Komang picked us up at our hotel and took us to the port so we could go to the activity. Then he picked us up again at the port to return us to the hotel. Throughout Komang was super friendly and very attentive. We loved it!

First trip to Bali - It was such a wonderful experience! We didn’t see any manta rays on the day we joined, but we did see beautiful corals and rockfish. However, intoxicants are essential for those who are easily drunk when I go. The driver, kadek, and komang, were very helpful. They were both great drivers.

Very dissatisfied - Don’t do this tour. Apart from our nice driver Budi I cannot give the trip a good review overall. Everyone was nice enough but …. We had two broken snorkels which we had to ask to get fixed. If it wasn’t the adjustment straps that were broken it was the purge valves. . It caused me to take several huge mouthfuls of sea water before I discovered the problem. The tour says water supplied. You will get 2 x 250ml bottles across the whole trip. Incidentally the trip consists of 3 short dips in the water and you will be back in land at lunch time. Every one of the life jackets that I tried on that boats are damaged and have broken clips. That needs to be sorted immediately before you have a serious accident out on the water. On your return you can look forward to being hearded like cattle onto an overcrowded catamaran. Overall it is overpriced and at more worryingly its unsafeunsafe. There is to much emphasis on making money and not enough on safety and comfort for people attending. I have been on the road for two months across Thailand and Vietnam and have had many many organised tours and that was the most dissapointed I have been.

Worthless, better spend your time elsewhere. - Worthless trip and silly organized. Trip lasts from 06:30-17:30 of which you are snorkeling for a total of 45 minutes on 4 stops. The rest is travel and wait.

Improved communication critically needed - Family of 4 organised a special excursion but unfortunately due to poor communication it really didn’t feel that special and this could be so easily fixed to help us Europeans more used to knowing what is happening when with a little detail sent ahead of the day: 1. Advised to be ready 07:30, which we were, when the taxi didn’t show were told the taxi had broken down, when the taxi arrived he showed us his instructions to collect at 08:30 2. Then taken to ferry port, and showed to terminal with no instruction to get on the boat when our colour lanyard was called (we worked that out ourselves). 3. Crossing was without event thankfully 4. Arrived Nusa Penida, we were not met like we were told we would be. Snorkelling lady had sent a text but my phone dropped signal. Eventually found where we should go. But by this stage I was just annoyed at the chaos and disruption for a very expensive day 5. We paid for a boat for just us it was $580. Was it worth it? Not really, if you don’t mind sharing with others then do so, we are more used to boat trips where you are properly looked after, drinks provided etc. we had 1 bottle of water and a towel each. Snorkelling sites were great although some of them super busy. Make sure you are a competent swimmer as there is some swell and boats to negotiate. Having said that we saw huge manta rays and turtles and abundant fish and beautiful coral. But the promised GoPro pictures never materialised as the boats go pro wasn’t working! (Surprise surprise) 🙄 6. Eventually at nearly 3pm we had the opportunity to grab some food. But we should have had this opportunity before boarding the ferry in the morning really. My advice to the operator: send a text explaining the day ahead of the trip. Explain when and where refreshments can be bought, and where you should go/ whom will contact you at each critical stage. I’m afraid this made for a stressful trip which only the manta ray and turtles made worthwhile. Our driver was kind too but it was clear he had also been messed around. Choose another operator.

Alarming experience - This trip felt pretty disorganized and alarming- there was no clear communication about transportation and each leg of the trip was a new person leading me somewhere with no other tour members. Also, the water for the snorkeling was so rough that the boat had trouble and it was much too rough to snorkel- this should have been checked in advance and then maybe canceled! Definitely do not do this solo, and maybe dont book this one at all- find a tour that is a dedicated guide and group!!!
