Awesome tour! We were a group of 9 on September 7th and they were so I and to fit us in because another large party couldn't make it. The guide was very informative and showed a lot of passion for plants and the Crater Lake Park and its history. It was great being in a trolley!
Also, loves that you buy your tickets on board a trolley too.
Just one suggestion, we had difficulty purchasing tickets online, it could have been bcs we were in mobile phones. However, still very grateful that we're still able to purchase tickets in person.

Our tour guides were super fun and knowledgeable, making the experience exciting and informate. It was a Beautiful ride and overall a must to get the most of what crater lake has to offer.

We made reservations for the 2PM trolley on 30 September. We arrived at 1:30, just as the confirmation email instructed. Then we were told that the 2PM trolley had left at 1PM. We thought it was a joke, but it wasn’t. The 2 PM trolley had been cancelled without any notice. We were at the Lodge and could have made it to the 1PM trolley. Very disappointing.
