The view was beautiful ... - The view was beautiful and the ride was smooth. The instructor was great and very informative. Even the check process was easy and professional great service

Definitely worth the money - Great boat ride and it was so much fun going through the marshland. Our guide and captain was Logan and he was great and really knew his way around. He found an alligator that amazed all of us! It ended up pouring rain on the way back but it was still worth the trip! We would do it again in a heart beat.

Excellent wildlife experience - Great experience with Captain Andrew. Very informative and we saw loads of wildlife including 4 alligators. Would definitely recommend.

Great tour and a great guide. Would definitely do this again. - My girlfriend and I took this tour last Monday morning and it did not disappoint. Camden was our guide and he gave us a great tour of the swamps and lakes. He took his time and pointed out numerous items of interest including alligator nests (each guarded by a gator) and a sandbar where we could find some interesting snail shells. Too much to list. He was so kind to take some pictures of us on the boat. I highly recommend this and I plan to do it again (in cooler weather).

Great experience - Me and the family had a fun and informative tour with captain Andrew. We got to see nesting alligators, nice birds and stunning nature. Great information and stories along the tour made this a memorable experience on our Orlando vacation.

Had a little bit of a... - Had a little bit of a hiccup (boat stopped working) but our tour guy Andrew was great and was very apologetic. Overall great experience!

Decent boat ride, not friendly towards small children - My wife said the boat ride was fine. It's something she's wanted to do for a while. My 11 year old daughter that it was so-so. Myself and my 5 year old son were unable to go due to my son being scared.
The reason this is a 2 star review is the boat guide saw my son crying and not wanting to go, and instead of trying to reassure him it would be fun and trying to talk him into giving it a try, stated "If you can't get him under control I can't let him go because it's too much of a liability". No empathy or attempt to try to talk to him. When I took the life vest back to the booth and told the lady at check in, no empathy from her or any offer for a refund or any sort of care from anyone.
I get that all sales are final and that's the right of every business but if a company doesn't show any compassion for my upset child then I won't recommend them as a service.
