Day 1 - Begin with a transfer from a hotel in Nanyuki and drive to Sirimon Gate, where an experienced guide and porters will be waiting. Day 1 - Begin with a transfer from a hotel in Nanyuki and drive to Sirimon Gate, where an experienced guide and porters will be waiting. After a briefing, enjoy a leisurely hike through the tropical rainforest, bamboo, and moorlands, arriving at Old Moses Hut or Judimaire Camp, situated at an elevation of 3,300 meters above sea level. Dinner and overnight stay will be at this camp.
Day 2 - After breakfast, hike through Mackinders Valley and Caves to reach Shimptons Camp at 4,200 meters. Lunch will be provided en route. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Shimptons Camp.
Day 3 - Depart at dawn to reach the first peak of Lenana at 4,985 meters. Capture stunning photos of the sunrise and the two summits of Mount Kilimanjaro, Uhuru and Mawenzi. Later, descend to Austrian Hut, America Camp, the Western Terminals, and the Hausberg Col, then return to Shimptons Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4 - After breakfast, ascend to Simba Col and then descend to Mintos Hut, passing through Gorges Valley and Temple to Meru Mt. Kenya Lodge. Lunch will be provided en route. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Mintos Hut.
Day 5 - Following breakfast, descend through tropical bamboo forests, where African buffaloes and elephants can be seen. Arrive at Chogoria Point to meet the driver guide, who will transport you to Nairobi.
