Wonderful experience of Tunyan Island - Is a special trip that not everyone is eager for I guess. My wife works in funeral care and wanted to see this,
Was a wonderful trip there and the lunch provided in a restaurant with fabulous views was more than exquisite.

Excellent Guide for a Unique and Culturally Significant Tour - Putu was a great tour guide. I really appreciated his energy - positive, calm, and grounded. He was well informed and navigated our preferences and pace thoughtfully, which made the day feel very natural and unforced. His English is very good, and communication was easy throughout.
The trip itself was truly unique - a deeply cultural and emotionally powerful experience. Visiting a cemetery where the traditions around death and the afterlife are so different from Western customs can feel heavy at times, but Putu guided us through it with sensitivity and respect. His calm presence and cultural context made the experience feel meaningful rather than overwhelming, and helped us better understand and appreciate the depth of Balinese traditions.

Fascinating insight into karma and reincarnation - Wayan Mawang was a brilliant guide, full of knowledge surrounding the area and the traditions. He was happy for any and all questions. Fascinating to see their process and view of death, the connection to karma and reincarnation.
It is a small cemetery and short tour but something you don’t see everyday. Important to note for females wanting to do the tour, similar to entries to temples; you cannot enter the cemetery if on your period.
Big thank you to Wayan for guiding us through the experience highly recommend him as your Tour guide!

Fascinating trip! - What a tour! We visited the Skull Island and had an amazing time with our lovely tour guide Wayan! He showed us the place, gave us very helpful tips, and spent time explaining the history behind the village. We are very grateful for him, he gave us an exciting trip to remember! Matur Suksma 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Long day, but worth it - Be prepared for a very long day with badroads, and lots of traffic. But once you get there, it is a trip of a lifetime. I love the hot spring time we had and the cemetery was truly an amazing once in a lifetime, National Geographic type moment.

Very good day out... - Very good day out experienced the heat from earth's core and enjoyed buggy ride and seen something never seen before rotting copses very interesting day and finished with a 3 course meal which was very nice

Exotic tour to Terunyan cemetery - We had very fascinating and interesting tour to Terunyan cemetery which was thrilling place to see but not spooky at all. Our guide/driver Putu was very friendly, professional and flexible. He could notice our special needs helpfully and lighted up new info for us about balinese culture, history and origin. Highly recommended.

Never take a tour with this tour company - The guide did not show up to pick us up. We lost a whole day of our tour. The only thing viator would do id refund our money.
