Well organized - Everything was amazing. Our driver was super kind and always made sure we were comfortable. Our guide was also amazing, he walked the perfect pace and stopped as often as we needed. The top of the hike was such a beautiful view and the experience was totally worth it.

Amazing - We had an amazing time hiking Mount Batur for sunrise. Our guide was wonderful and we had lots of fun with him, he matched our pace going both up and down, even finding short cuts so we could run down faster. And he took many great photos for us at the top.

Highly recommend - My friend and I had an absolutely magical and safe experience with Kadek as our guide. He was able to provide us with so many lasting memories and pictures from our sunrise hike. Best tour guide in Kintamani! Highly recommend.

Mount batur and day trip Ubud - 2 Days trip was amazing! The view and satisfaction made up for the early morning. The trek was comfortably uncomfortable and it was amazing at the top, such a reward. Thank you to our guide and driver who made the day go smoothly and safely :) definitely recommend!

Amazing - The whole activity was very well-organized including the hotel transfer. Our driver Artana was on time and super friendly. Our guide Kolok was very professional and he made effort to take good pictures for us. And the sunrise view was just amazing, we are very happy with the whole experience including second day for Ubud trip

Excellent organisations - I would like to sincerely thank our guide Jero for organizing such a great Mount Batur trekking experience. He was punctual, well-prepared, and had a VERY positive attitude that immediately spread to the whole group- that was amazing!! During the hike, he was extremely helpful -especially on the more challenging parts -and constantly made sure that everyone was doing well. I also really appreciated his sense of humor and the relaxed, friendly atmosphere he created.

Jero - Guide: Jero - best man ! He was so funny, motivated and you could feel he is enjoying what he does! He also showed honest interest in our personalities not putting on a mask but being genuine and caring!

Beautiful - It was a wonderful tour with a group of five people. Our guide, Jero, was such an attentive and lovely woman that it made the trip especially enjoyable. The transportation provided by our friendly driver, Pande, also went perfectly. All in all, a fantastic tour! However, the path is quite slippery in places, so I recommend wearing proper hiking boots and not just sneakers. :)

Best in Ubud - Ardana was our driver and he was very accommodative and sweet! He was always making sure that we're having a good time. For our hiking guide, we got Komang and he was the sweetest! I accidentally sprained my ankle while going up and he would make sure that I was okay and would make sure to help me at every step!! Like seriously if you get him as the guide, it is the best!!! They were both sooo nice! The best!!
