Enjoying - Really enjoyed this experience, our jeep driver Rawa was highly skilled at driving the jeep and we felt safe at all times. Our other driver Nyoan was super punctual, organised, and so fun to talk to. Hot spring was clean, organised, and relaxing. We liked the ladies offering us massages in the spring as well! Would recommend.

Great for families - Went with my family and a friend on 30/12. Our driver Kadek picked us up in time and has been very kind and professional, explained the day ahead and provided an excellent service, from base camp we were escorted by Jeep by our guide Weda, he has been very good too and drove us through the rough terrain but felt really save, also helped us taking some very nice pictures we were able to share with the rest of our family. The thermal bath was a must and we really enjoyed our day out.

Great Driving and Photographer - mkarta was very good driver and very handsome and caring. would recommend his service. always checking if we are ok. we went early to have hot chocolate and sandwich to wait for sunrise. took a lot of pictures. aldo went to black lava.

Kadek is the man - Our guide Kadek was fantastic! He was punctual, friendly, and made the whole experience even more special. Watching the sunrise from Mount Batur was absolutely breathtaking, and Kadek took great photos for us and shared interesting stories about the area. The drive was smooth, the jeep was comfortable, and the hot spring afterwards was the perfect way to relax. Everything was well organised — highly recommended for anyone visiting Bali!

Recommended - Super nice tour with a really nice Jeep driver who took us along the day to all the nice places. I might go as far as to say that he made the best photos of our holiday so far!

Must visit - We had a great sunrise trip to Mt Batur. Komang picked us up who is a great driver, then dropped us off at the Jeep base camp. There, Dewa took us on the Jeep to the Sunrise spot. Dewa was a great guide who really made an effort to take good pictures and videos for us. Super nice guy. Overall, it was worth the experience, despite seeing some clouds.

Good experience - I loved visiting the farmers' fields, and I enjoyed walking on the old lava. My 2-year-old baby and my 9-year-old daughter were with us, and our guide made sure to offer us a safe experience. He took some great photos and videos for us, and I'd definitely recommend him. Heads up, there are a lot of flies because of the farmers.

Very interesting tour - Even though it was cloudy at first, our Mt. Batur trip was still amazing. Once the sky cleared, we got beautiful views of Mount Abang and Mount Agung. The black lava field was stunning, with Mt. Batur in the background, such a unique landscape! The hot spring at the end was super relaxing and the perfect way to finish the trip. Our guide Gede and jeep driver were friendly, punctual, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth it!
