Great experience - Both driver and trail guide are young and very professional. The driver is very able to manage wild traffic The guide was very kind and supportive for family members a little slow on the hiking

Worth a morning trip - The early morning start is worth it, the amazing views and experience of this trip will be one to remember. Our driver Bagia was punctual, friendly and helpful, especially when one of the guests on board was not well. Kadek our guide for the hike was friendly and super helpful when I had difficulty with some of the hike. We had a great experience and recommend this trip.

Fabulous guide - It was a great experience! Everything was well planned and the sunrise was beautiful. Our guide, Jero Lama, and driver, Eka were both amazing and so kind. Would definitely do it again.

Recommended - I couldn’t recommend this experience enough! Ardika was my driver and he made me feel comfortable and welcomed to the island, plus accommodated a last minute change to drop me off at a different location much further away than my pick up. His brother Jerio was the guide, and I could feel they are passionate about their family business. I felt incredibly safe and confident due to the organization of the experience as a whole.

Trip to remember - Definitely a must-do activity for your Bali trip! Jero was our driver and he was so lovely, punctual and very responsive. It’s an early start but the positive is that there is no traffic on the roads at that time. Putu was our guide for the hike and he was so kind and very patient if anyone in the group needed a quick break while climbing. He took lots of great photos for us and had lots of little surprises for us at the top of the mountain. The coffee plantation visit on the way home was also a nice activity. Highly recommend this tour, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic sunrise - Fantastic tour from start to finish. Putu our driver picked us up promptly and was very friendly. We were then met by our guide Putra who was extremely knowledgeable. Managed to see some beautiful views at sunrise. Would recommend this trip completely.

Fantastic!! Highly recommended!! - Such an amazing experience. Our driver Ketut was very nice and waited for us all the time. The Mt Batur trekking guide, YUS, such an AMAZING guide!! He knew everything about the mountain, he knew how to guide the group, when to stop, and he was always explaining us everything about the mountain and the culture. He prepared a fantastic breakfast in the summit as well. Thank you so much YUS. You were fantastic 🙏🏻. I highly recommend this experience!! We went to the spring waters and to the coffee plantation as well and was astonishing!

Just excellent - very smooth tour. hike was amazing. Driver, Rikawan had arrived 15mins early and waited patiently. Drive was comfortable and Rikawan was ready outside after each activity. i highly recommend.

Beautiful sunrise, amazing guide - Our driver picked us up promptly at 1:30 a.m. He stopped along the way so we could buy something at the shop, and he arrived at the pick-up point right on schedule. The hike itself was somewhat strenuous; I recommend wearing shoes that support your ankles, as the route is quite uneven in places. We took frequent short breaks along the way. The sunrise was unforgettable.

Be prepared!!! - I would just point out that the climb is quite physically demanding; you would need to be at an advanced rather than an intermediate level, as the pace is quite sustained throughout. The guides were perfect—helpful and always in a good mood. I would 100% recommend it.
