Beautiful views with an excellent guide - Very well organised tour with excellent communication prior to the tour to organise details. The sunrise was beautiful and it made the early morning totally worth it.
Our driver and guide - Gede, was friendly, informative and full of fun Bali facts. He recommended some excellent local restaurants and made the experience very enjoyable.
The detour past the coffee stop was also excellent and a really nice experience.

Mt Batur sunrise and hot springs experience - Breathtaking experience at My Batur sunrise view point and trekking - Gede (our driver) who picked us up at 3 am was lovely and very engaging throughout the journey, we reached the Jeep pick up starting point at about 4 am where the 4x4 Jeep driver ( Jero) was waiting for us and then it was about 30 mins to go to the sunrise view point - excellent experience going off road and then the magical experience of cloud underneath and the sunrise ( which happened at 06.05 in the morning) , both Jero and Gede had excellent photographic skills ; breakfast was provided in the morning into the Jeep while we were waiting. After we came down we spend a few hours at the hot springs which was a great experience too, we reached back at Ubud around 10.30 am. Overall anyone coming to Bali- Mt Batur is a must see and I would recommend using the services of Gede and Jero for that.

Great Tour, Great Tour Guide - I booked this tour directly with Mr. Erman after having a great experience with him on my previous Bali trip. This time, we went on the Mount Batur Jeep Sunrise Tour. As always, the tour was fantastic! The jeep driver was amazing too! He made sure we were comfortable and even took incredible photos for us. Both of them are very knowledgeable, friendly, and always happy to accommodate whatever we needed. Mr. Emran also explained the surrounding area while driving us around and even made a special pit stop so we could take more photos. I would 200% recommend this tour or any tour that is organized by Mr. Emran.

Very good. Will recommend! - Great tour that was arranged for us for a group of 6. We had 2 jeeps allocated to us to go up to Mt Batur, everything was very smooth, from villa pickup to Mt Batur via the jeep and the jeep guide took many beautiful photos for us.

an extraordinary 100% personalized experience - It was a wonderful day thanks to Erman and his Jeep driver. Careful attention to detail, always attentive and ready to share experiences to allow us to improve ours. A human guide like we meet too few! He accompanied us off the beaten track, well beyond his obligations, always with a smile, always professional. You can embark on an adventure with him with your eyes closed, he will guide you to the end of the world if you ask him, moreover, the photos you will recover thanks to his team just stunning sound! I would recommend it 200% to anyone wishing a perfect guide at any point in Bali!

Mount Batur sunrise jeep and natural hot spring - An absolutely incredible experience and a must do excursion for anyone visiting Bali.
We initially booked a sunrise trekking tour, however needed to change to Jeep, and we are so glad we did. Our tour provider was accommodating, booking Jero cagax as our Jeep driver and guide. We are so thankful to Jero for taking such good care us, taking us safely up the mountain and finding the best spot to watch the sunrise. The whole experience from start to finish is indescribable and I would absolutely recommend this experience. Jero was kind, attentive taking many photos for us as we watched the sunrise , before returning us to our driver at the nearby Batur natural hot spring. The thermal hot spring with it’s outstanding views very a welcome and enjoyable , after such an incredible jeep experience. Jero Cagax, thank you my friend for ensuring we had the most unique and unforgettable experience.

Sunrise at Mount Batur, Tegallalang Lempuyang Temple - We spent 3 great days with Erman following a recommendation from a friend and visited Tegallalang rice fields, Heavens gate at Lempuyang Temple, Tirta Gangga and watched the sunrise at Mount Batur. Erman, is polite, speaks great English, is knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. The five us had a great time and we would recommend him. He even organised ferry tickets and a driver for the day for us all to visit the beaches on nearby Nusa Penida.

Great experience - Erman was recommended to us by a friend, and we’re really glad we went with him. He’s been professional, super friendly, and always happy to accommodate whatever we needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure you have a good time. We felt totally comfortable and well looked after the whole trip. He added so much to our Bali experience – would definitely recommend him to anyone heading there.
