- Princess Street - The backbone of the tour. Downtown Kingston’s main shopping street, lined with 19th-century limestone storefronts, and known as Store Street until it was renamed in 1842. Three of the stops sit on or just off this street.
- Martello Alley - A narrow art alley off Princess Street, featuring works by local artists around a small courtyard. The entrance is passed on the walk down toward the water.
- Kingston Public Market - Located behind City Hall, this is the oldest continuously operating public market in Ontario, trading on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The tour walks through the square, and on market days guests can see the producers who supply kitchens along the route.
- Kingston City Hall - A National Historic Site dating to 1844 and one of the most photographed buildings in the city. It faces the harbour, just a block from the final stop.
- Confederation Park - Across from City Hall, featuring the visitor centre, the Engine 1095 locomotive and views over the marina. This is where the tour ends.
- Confederation Basin Marina - The working harbour at the foot of Princess Street. Shoal Tower is one of four Martello towers built by the British between 1810 and 1847, and it sits offshore from where the tour finishes.
