Great for young kids! - Damien was so awesome! We had our 7 and 9 year olds and he let them sit up front. He was great with them! And the entire route was so scenic and Damien gave us great insider knowledge of the town which is his hometown. Highly recommend and please tip!

Jaunting tour - A very lovely way to see the park. We got to see several deer also. Our horse was named Bessie and she did a great job.

McCarthys Killarney Carriage Rides - Our host was a gentleman named Damian and was the son of the owner and proprietor of the stables. Very friendly, knowledgable, respectful and enjoys his occupation. We really appreciated his attitude towards our comfort and our desire to enjoy the tour. Thank you Damian.

Lovely people, lovely time. - Our driver was an absolute gem! So much history of the park and his personal family history. He was so welcoming and hospitable. He offered us use of the bathroom at the B&B before we set off and even showed us all of his horses there. We did bring an apple for our lovely Maggie and fed it to her before we set off. Blankets were provided to keep the chill away and our driver even took some pictures of us before we walked down to the Abbey. 100% recommend. 10 stars!

You don’t want to miss this! - We had an absolutely perfect experience! Jason was an amazing host. He was knowledgeable, funny, engaging, and very accommodating. Queenie (our horse) was adorable and Jason’s dad (I didn’t get his name) was so warm and friendly. This was EXACTLY what we were hoping for! I can’t recommend Jason and his family enough.

Amazing, amazing and amazing! - Was really amazing and stunning to see the abbey! Our guide was absolutely hilarious entertaining us with stories and tales and history of ireland without it feeling like an educational tour. We were very comfortable and got to take amazing photos, even our guide made sure we had full family photos! Our horse was really lovely and gentile. Definitely the highlight of the road trip that took in Ireland and will recommend to everyone. We did the same tour last year with our guides son and exact same quality and different experience so definitely not a once off kind of experience.

Great family activity - We truly enjoyed our ride through the beautiful national park with a quick stop at Ross Castle. Our driver, Damian, was friendly and knowledgeable. Between letting them sit in the front and even drive the carriage, Damian was very kind to our daughters. Would definitely recommend booking with them!

Great experience with... - Great experience with lots of history. Let the kids ride up front which was a real treat. Covered carriage kept us dry in the rain! Thanks for a lovely time.
