Akagera Sunrise Safari & Sunset Boat Ride

Akagera National Park - At 5:00 AM, embark on a journey to Akagera National Park for a morning safari and game drive until lunchtime. After lunch, proceed to Lake Ihema for a sunset boat ride from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by dinner and accommodation at Akagera Game Lodge.

Day Safaris and Night Game Drive in Akagera NP

Akagera National Park - After breakfast, enjoy another game drive heading north in the park. In the afternoon, transfer to Karenge Bush Camp for a night game drive and overnight stay; accommodation at Karenge Bush Camp.

Scenic Safari and Drive to Volcanoes NP

Volcanoes National Park - Begin with an early morning safari, followed by breakfast at 9:00 AM, and a morning game drive as you exit towards Musanze. In the afternoon, drive to Musanze Town, arriving in time for dinner; accommodation at Fatima Hotel.

Trekking Mountain Gorillas and Visit Ellen DeGeneres Campus

Volcanoes National Park - Depart from the hotel after breakfast to reach the park headquarters by 7:00 AM for a briefing on gorilla trekking and group allocation. After lunch, visit the Ellen DeGeneres Campus to learn about Dian Fossey’s efforts to protect the endangered Mountain Gorillas.

Trekking Golden Monkeys and Transfer to Lake Kivu

Volcanoes National Park - Head to the park headquarters for a briefing on visiting the endangered Golden Monkeys; trekking continues until lunchtime. After lunch, drive to Gisenyi, a town near Lake Kivu; accommodation at Kivu Gorilla Hotel.

Tea Processing Experience and Drive to Nyungwe NP

Lake Kivu, Rwanda - After breakfast, drive to Pfunda Tea Estate to experience tea plantation, harvesting, and processing. Following this, drive along Lake Kivu to Kibuye town for lunch. After lunch, enjoy a boat cruise on Lake Kivu to explore its islands and beauty; later, drive to Nyungwe NP; accommodation at Chimpanzee Lodge.

Trekking Chimpanzees and Canopy Walk Experience

Nyungwe Forest National Park - With a packed breakfast, depart the lodge at 5:30 AM for chimpanzee trekking, which lasts until lunchtime. At 2:00 PM, embark on a canopy walk, featuring a 70-meter bridge 200 meters high. Return to the lodge by 5:00 PM.

Coffee Processing Experience and King’s Palace Visit

Nyanza - After breakfast, drive to Kigali with a stop at Maraba Coffee to experience the entire coffee process from plantation to cup. After lunch, visit the King’s Palace Museum, then transfer to Kigali for dinner and overnight at Chez Lando Hotel.

Tour of Kigali City, Kigali Genocide Memorial, and Evening Flight

Kigali - Enjoy a morning city tour, including a visit to the Kigali Genocide Memorial until lunchtime (with an optional visit to Nyandungu Urban Wetland Eco-tourism Park). After lunch, engage in souvenir shopping until the evening, followed by a drop-off at the airport; END.
