Monument to Ismoil Somoni - The tour commences with a visit to the Ismoil Somoni complex, featuring a monument dedicated to Ismoil Somoni and Dusti Square. This monument honors Ismail Somoni, the founder of the Tajik nation’s statehood, who led the Samanid State in the 8th-9th century. The monument stands at 11.5 meters, with an arch reaching 40 meters, symbolizing the Eastern state.
Rudaki Park - The next stop is the Flagpole, located in the center of Dushanbe, adjacent to the Nation Palace. This Flagpole is recognized in the Guinness Book of Records as the tallest in the world, standing at 165 meters, with an area of 1800 m², a width of 30 meters, and a length of 60 meters.
National Museum of Tajikistan - Situated in the heart of Dushanbe, the National Museum comprises 22 exhibition halls, showcasing departments of nature, antiquity, the middle ages, modern history, and fine and applied arts. The museum’s exhibition area spans 15,000 m².
National Library of Tajikistan - Located in Dushanbe, the National Library is the country’s primary library, dedicated to preserving the cultural heritage of Tajikistan’s people. Originally founded in 1933 and named after Persian-Tajik author Ferdowsi, the new library building opened in March 2012. This nine-story building includes 15 reading halls and over 20 departments.
National Museum of Antiquities (Rijksmuseum van Oudheden) - Established in 1934, the Tajikistan National Museum of Antiquities originated from the Exhibition of Achievements of the National Economy and Expeditionary Research of the Tajik Base of the USSR Academy of Sciences. Initially housing 530 exhibits, the museum now features unique artifacts, such as the “Queen of Sarazm” and a twelve-meter Buddha figure, discovered in 1961 in Ajina-Tepa, Khatlon region. These items have been nominated for World Heritage Site status by UNESCO.

Kokhi Navruz - KOHI NAVRUZ is a newly constructed teahouse adorned with national ornaments, featuring 12 unique halls, each designed in a distinct national style, accommodating up to 3200 guests.
Victory Park - Located in the northern part of Dushanbe, IRAM PARK spans 40 hectares. The main entrance begins from the east, leading to a glass greenhouse where the Botanical Garden’s alleys and paths originate. Established in 1933, the park offers a serene environment.
Independence And Freedom Monument - The Istiqlol-Independence Monument and Istiqlol Square were inaugurated on September 8, 2022. The 121-meter height of the Istiqlol complex is symbolic, with the lower 30-meter section representing the 30th anniversary of state independence, and the upper 91 meters symbolizing independence in 1991. The complex covers 11,900 square meters, with the construction area spanning 4,761 square meters. An 8-meter titanium crown adorns the top, symbolizing statehood, independence, and the rich history of the Tajik people. The complex’s base is an octagonal pyramid with seven entrances, inspired by the “Tree of Life” symbol.

Hisor, an ancient town, was the capital of Eastern Bukhara 300 years ago. The fortress overlooks a market square, surrounded by a caravanserai and two madrasas, one of which is an ethnographic museum.
The first stop in Hisor is the TEAHOUSE KHARBUZA, uniquely shaped like a melon (Tajik: kharbuza). The teahouse, measuring 43 meters in height, 100 meters in length, and 55 meters in width, can accommodate 2,300 visitors simultaneously. Another highlight is the HISSAR FORTRESS.
The Hissar fortress resembles a palace of a Bukhara Emirate bek, with 1-meter thick walls, gun and cannon loopholes, and is situated on a high hill, guarded by sentries. Inside, there is a pool and a 3,000-year-old garden, located 26 km west of Dushanbe. The fortress serves as an open-air museum.

Located in the Varzob district, Safeddara is Tajikistan’s sole ski base, situated in Takob Village, approximately 70 km from Dushanbe. The complex features a modern hotel, restaurant, ski slopes, new cable cars, and snowmobile parking. Snow remains on the mountain peaks, allowing for relaxation and sports activities year-round, with additional sports and adventure attractions available in summer.

Archaeological studies in Dushanbe have found various artifacts from the Neolithic era, dating back to the 4-3 millennium BC, that belonged to the early dwellers of this region. These are now housed in the National Museum of Antiquities of Tajikistan, located in the heart of the country.
