• Riders must be in good physical and mental condition to ensure safety. Drivers must be at least 15 years old. Passengers must be at least 5 years old and are not allowed to drive
• During the tour, strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the authority to stop any risky riding or unpleasant mannerisms with no refund
• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
