Awesome experrience - We had a great time on our jeep tour of Custer State Park. Scott was a great tour guide and driver. The open top was awesome-really allowed us to get the best views. We had a nice picnic lunch at a great location that we never would have seen without Scott's knowledge. I would highly recommend Open Top Tours.

Wonderful Excursion - Our guide, Cheryl Lee, was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and entertaining. We saw so much in this 8 hour adventure. Custer State Park, lots of wildlife (bison, praire dogs, deer, donkeys, antelope), beautiful scenery. We covered so many things you'll want to see in the Black Hills. Wonderful excursion.

A GREAT TIME! - We went on July 10th. There were 6 of us. We had rain so our guys who sat in the back had to dodge the cold wind that came with the rain. We also had to divert a little, but we had so much fun. Paula was knowledgeable of the area, and showed us a great time. Lunch was good on a picnic table in Custer Park. We did see wild life, as well as the beauty of the area!

Excellent experience beyond the tour - I can’t say enough good things about the tour company and our experience. The owner/manager worked with us to reschedule our date and gave us so many other sightseeing ideas that made our vacation spectacular. Our guide, TJ, was great. Would definitely recommend!

Custer St Park conquered - After having traveled for 5 days to get to South Dakota it was great having someone else do the driving and knew where to go. Our guide Mike was friendly, informative and picked up on what we wanted to see or learn about. Rich was very communicative beforehand in making sure we knew where and when to meet.

Awesome private Northern Black Hills and Deadwood tour! - We had a Fabulous tour with Charlie. He was amazing and very knowledgeable about the history of the area and the Lakota Indians. It was a perfect day with the windows and top wide open for a view. of the black hills area that we would have never known about. A picnic lunch was provided next to a small river leading to a beautiful water fall. Spearfish falls was another amazing sight to see in the Black Hills. Our final stop was Deadwood with lots of interesting history that Charlie shared with us.I wish we would have had another day to take in another part of South Dakota on another tour. Highly recommend this private tour company.

Viator sucks! - I didn't get to go on this trip because your company didn't communicate with the people running the excursion. I had to get ahold of them and they took care of the situation. I will never use this site again 😒

Never use TripAdvisor - TripAdvisor never notified tour of our reservation even though we got confirmation notice from TripAdvisor. Call company and said there were never notified. Had problems with TripAdvisor before. Called TripAdvisor and they immediately refunded our money. They're comments were we sorry, end of conversation. This after waiting 1 and half hours at pick up point. This with two small children. Will never use TripAdvisor again.
